Precio calidad esta muy bien,las habitaciones y el hotel estan muy limpios. El personal es super atento,(queda como a 30 km del centro de chicago). Facil acceso a las autopistas,necesitas auto para moverte.

Last minute…big mistake.

Mistake! The first room we got smelled so bad of cigarette smoke (nonsmoking hotel and room) so we asked for a different room. Honestly, I wanted to find a new hotel, but was too exhausted to deal with it. Second room didn’t smell like smoke, but entire room was not great. Hotel is in need of repairs and new management. Yuk! Never again.

DON'T stay at this hotel! I had to fill the ice bucket at the sink to wash myself in the shower! There was virtually no pressure out of the shower and no hot water. I accidentally kicked something at the edge of the bed and it turned out to be a car side view mirror. Neither the room or the hallways had been vacuumed in a long time. Dirty towels were piled in the hallway for the entire duration of our stay. The only time there was someone at the front desk was when I checked out, the rest of the time a sign was posted to pick up the phone and call. Everyone at breakfast had to wait a long time for any eggs to show up. The juice machine was empty and never taken care of. I complained about the shower at checkout and the owner promised a partial refund. I called the next day and asked where the refund was since it didn't show up on my credit card, and they stated it had been processed. It never did show up. I complained about this hotel to Holiday Inn, but nothing has happened regarding my complaint. From now on I will only stay at a Holiday Inn as a last resort!

Very run down and dated. Curtains all torn and nasty. No hot water. Sink water pressure was almost non existent. Pool is small and very dark. Which I’ve seen people comment the same thing, even a year ago. So why has better lighting not been done? Breakfast was good, with a good variety.

Great location in the St. Louis area. Safe, clean, plenty of food options nearby. The staff was excellent! Highly recommend. The room was accommodating. The desk was a little small but served its purpose
