Very neat and helpful customer service everyone was so friendly. Will definitely stay again. Well priced and in a great section of town. Within walking distance of many attractions. Breakfast was amazing

Friendly staff, clean room and delivered on all promises and then some. The then some meaning complimentary dinner as well as breakfast. Good location as well for doing things in the area. Would recommend.

This is an old hotel...I remember when it was built back in the seventies.....That being said, My room was clean and the staff was excellent.....Do not expect a brand new hotel, because this ain't it. If you want real eggs on your free breakfast plate, and soul food at supper for FREE, this is it. I cannot say enough about the staff.....well worth the night...

The room was clean; just keep in mind this is an older hotel. Just comfortable enough to get some rest after you've been gone all day. The breakfast was great. A nice country breakfast with real ingredients! The staff was very friendly.

People nice They must work hard o keep their employment with such a hotel Things for room148 door knob did work bearings in AC fan loud vinyl floor raised and sticky scratches on furniture bed OK bathroom walls poor condition toilet seat loose shower old Hot water OK surfaces mostly clean telephone did not work good thing no bugs (would have been last straw) pool no swim breakfast for room price poor Reason to stay is others sold out same price as B and B in Jackson sorry we told them no Charges to room on card at time of reservation More difficult to get refund Broken drive and parking lot one ice machine local restaurant $54. for steak and catfish poor boy no drinks 20% tip with lip from waitress Only dire circumstances would bring me back
