This place is poorly run and unmaintained with apparently no housekeeping. Stayed here two days and never saw housekeeping once. Broken refrigerator ruined our food, filthy floors turn your feet black, feces smeared on toilet seat, no Tp in bathroom, dirty tub, bloodstained on wall, ripped curtains, urine smell, filthy walls, ice bucket, remote, furniture, etc. Big gap around door. One lamp was broken, the other only had one bulb and lampshade sat hilariously crooked. Wouldn't allow us to swap rooms for a functioning fridge because they were "fully booked" which was a lie. The parking lot wasn't even half full early the next day. The breakfast had waffles, bread, and muffins. Lobby smelled like weed and staff doesn't even look up from thier phones to greet you. The hotel itself is located on a very busy, loud road. The entire grounds are grungy and dirty. I've never stayed at a hotel as neglected as this.

Room is serviceable, nothing more. Mattresses are not supportive. Parking is tight. Breakfast is only okay. In town for an event at Tropicana Field, so location seemed great from a distance. Fine in a pinch, but look for other hotels if available.

Only If You're Broke...

If you're broke, homeless, fresh out of prison or it's raining and every other hotel is booked this is the place for you. I can't tell you how many issues I had with my stay. I'm giving it a 2 star because some of the staff were helpful and I do everything I possibly can to refrain from giving a 1 star.... even though I want to. My advice. If you can spend another $20-$30/night and stay somewhere else, DO IT! You'll soon discover, it's MONEY WELL SPENT! Good luck.

THE WORST STAY!

Please never , EVER STAY HEre. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. I’ve been to the ratchiest place and this one tops the WORST! The people suck, they charge you $200 for a stay on the same credit card which sucks when you’re trying to split with two people cuz they expect you to pay in cash the fridge didn’t even get cold till my partner messed with it. We had dirty sheets. Our bathroom was dirty. There was no hot tub like the pictures said. Our room had no shower curtain and it was so dirty we didn’t even shower.the breakfast was toast and a waffle we doesn’t even eat. The front desk people are the worst. They should fire all of them. One guy felt threatened by 2 girls without shoes and a registered dog while looking for a phone and called the cops and made us get kicked out cuz we cursed and said our room was upstairs, I have never been soooo disrespected and embarrassed In my life because a worker (who smelled like weed) had the audacity to report us and get us kicked out. We left because we didn’t want to make a big scene but I will NEVER STAY AT A QUALITY INN. I will let everyone know what a horrible place this is and hope it shuts down.
