Clean and Great Location

A last minute, one-night stay when our travel dates changed and we couldn't get into the condo we rented for the golf tournament until the following day. We know SSI extremely well but our first time staying at this property. Easy parking at street level under the building. Warmly greeted by Abby at the front desk and check-in was fast. Abby let us know they were not serving a full breakfast due to COVID but would have some pastries and fruit out in the morning. We had a basic room on the third floor that was plenty spacious for us. Very clean and comfortable. Can't beat the locational convenience of this property across from the park/lighthouse and one block from the village's shops on Mallery St.
Wonderful Wedding Week

There were nearly 50 family and friends who stayed here for The Bird wedding. The atmosphere was great, the staff, especially Abery ( had to deal with our night time silliness) was terrific. A special note to Abby who PERSONALLY handled all the reservations and put us together with a group rate. Staying in a boutique hotel was icing on the cake! 5stars to Abby & the team.
From the moment we walked in, we felt like family.

Jennifer and Bob are the nicest people and want your stay to be the best it can be. We enjoyed visiting with Bob one evening in the lobby area and you can tell he loves what he does. Very genuine and honest man. The Inn is beautiful and magnificent with the black and white tile throughout and the room was well appointed and exactly as described. We loved our bed and slept like babies after walking around the area and visiting all of the shops and restaurants that are within walking distance. If you are looking for a place near everything, this is it. Right across the street is the beginning of the walkway around Neptune Park with a picnic area, children's playground and the pier. They have done this area right. It's absolutely beautiful. The Inn is the perfect location. We would visit again and were not disappointed with a single thing during our stay. Not sure where some of the negative reviews come from. Best wishes, Bob. Keep up the good work. Have a happy day and keep smiling!!

This boutique hotel is in a great location on St Simon. Located close to everything you will need while staying on the island. Our room was a suite that consisted of a king and queen bed, a chair, love seat, desk with chair, small table with 2 chairs, mini refrig, microwave and coffee maker - all that we needed in ample space. The bed was very comfortable which is a plus! I have always carried lysol spray & wipes pre-covid times, and of course post covid is no exception. Our room was clean. The beds comfortable. Only a few things I noticed which most would not and it's simply because I have always wiped things down at any place I stay. What I noticed in no way affected our stay. Our room had a sit down balcony with an adjacent view of the St Simon Lighthouse. Which was wonderful. This boutique hotel is very eclectic in decor. But what truly makes this hotel a great place to stay is the staff. I had the fortunate pleasure to speak with one of the owners - Abbey, we had great conversation over the telephone when I made my reservations and also in person while staying there. All the staff we engaged with was very helpful and friendly. Even though we are post-covid timeframe - l believe the new measures hotels are taking is a positive. I liked the fact that housekeeping does not enter the room during our stay - yet would leave towels nicely folded along with extra toilet tissue in a neat bag at our door daily and would pick up any used towels we had in a return bag. I was told up front making the reservation that the housekeeping would do this, and the fact they do not serve any breakfast. This was truly a good experience and I would recommend this hotel to stay at while visiting St Simon's.

Small boutique hotel in a great location! Walked everywhere. Staff members were very pleasant and helpful. Not a lot of amenities, but we weren't looking for that. It was quiet and thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk to the ocean and restaurants and shops.
