Property was good proximity to town and ski slopes. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable although needs updating. Bed was comfortable, full kitchen was useful. Parking was close and convenient. Staff was unwelcoming, unhelpful and disengaged.

Never stayed here but their van driver tried to merge into us in traffic and at the next stop light yelled obscenities at us and threw something hard (sounded like rocks hitting the car). We would hope they have better facilities than their employees. We have the vans license plate number if anyone cares.

Smelly unit. No heat one night. Shower door fell on my daughter in law and hurt her. Stove top did not work. Toaster did not work. Light bulbs out. Fan pull chain broke. Oven smelled like burnt oil. Shower head sprayed water from the hose, not the nozzle. Screen doors fell off. Patio doors ridiculously hard to open, no locks. NO ANSWER WHEN CALLED TO FRONT DESK TO GET HELP!!! We left one day early!!!

Would go back to Steamboat but not this property. The people that worked there were helpful and courteous but rooms were very outdated, not worth 35K points. If you see a unit for 4,700 point it’s worth nabbing but don’t expect luxury.

Great comfortable place to stay. The rooms were a little dated, but were extremely comfortable to rest after a long day out in the mountains. They went above and beyond when some additional family showed up for the holidays to make sure we had everything we needed for a great family dinner. Will definitely return.
