beautiful hotel staff very helpful in anything you need,from direction to place to see to suggestion to restaurant teat local food,breakfast buffet they have anything you want,we stayed two days ,i will go there again ,beach is walking distance

Excellent location, excellent staff, excellent rooms, more than excellent the restaurant (great tasty meals, huge variety of foods). Nice swimming pool, funny and professional the staff for the entertainment of children and adults!!! Perfect for relaxing, enjoy eating and spend beautiful days on this beautiful place. Excellent the organization, we read some negative comments about it, at the end of the day we think if something was misunderstood was because of the not understanding guests. We have a almost 3 years old daughter, she is also super happy about this fantastic trip. Really, far more than expected.

Very nice resort ... kind staff ... shuttle bus in every minute ... romantic place and the La Pelosa beach 🏖 like a crystal shining ........the restaurant offers variable foods ... breakfast to diner... fantastic vacation ... 🙂🙂🙂

Three-star hotel

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the beach. There are 2 shuttle buses that take you there. At the beach we had to wait no more than 15 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive. The superior rooms have been renovated and have modern bathrooms. They are bigger than the average Italian hotel room. The only problem was the sea view. After having booked a standard room through voyage prive, we emailed the hotel requesting an upgrade to a superior room with a sea view for a supplement. We were assured we were going to have one. The room was big but the only sea view we had was from the hallway. Seated on the bed you got a nice view of the opposite wall , with a tiny window and the bathroom door. Why would anybody agree to pay for a supplement for this kind of accomodation? When we complained about it to the manager she insisted that that was a seaview room. Luckily the hotel owner intervened so we got an upgrade to junior suite in the other side of the resort. Still no sea view from the room but there were more windows which made the room much brighter. It was also quieter, since the first one was exactly by the pool. The pool area got very noisy in the evening until midnight. The positives: - superior rooms newly refurbished with renovated bathrooms - breakfast and dinner: buffet with plenty of options - the price of the accommodation - the bar with live music in the evening The negatives: - no real sea view rooms - the restaurant looks like a cafeteria - pool area gets very noisy in the evening until midnight - they charge you if you want your beach towels replaced I recommend this hotel for families with little children, who don’t want to spend too much. In my view this is a good 3-star hotel.

I wish I could speak as highly of the hotel as of its surroundings etc, so i just do a pro/ con list: Pro: - excellent location - flexible shuttle to Pelosa beach - the updated rooms are fantastic Con: - double standard for italian and foreign guests - chaotic organization of breakfast (if you dont book a table, which they dont tell you in advance, you can end up without having table for your breakfast as they reserve them for those who request it, for the entire breakfast period!!!) nonsense... -chaotic room allocation Overall, I recommend this hotel but if you are not italian, get ready for fights with the staff which might not be the ideal holiday plan for everybody...
