Not a hotel as I see it, 10 - 15 rooms in a basement with area in the middle where they serve breakfast. No reception, I got an SMS with a code for the entrance and to the room, worked fine however more like renting a room. The room was OK and clean, however a little bit strange to be in a basement and a window up under the ceiling. The location is good, only a short walk from the subway station.

I'm basing my 3/5 review on the £108 a night cost. Upside: Central, safe, clean, warm, breakfast (of sorts), extended my check out to fit with flight home. Downside: TINY room, TINY window, no concierge after 4pm. Very unflashy and basic, not for the romantic. I'd stay there again, but the room I was in only had space for a camp bed sized bed, no space for luggage (except under the bed...)

The hotels location was excellent! VL terminal in walking distance and subway station even closer. We didn’t have door key and the intercom wasn’t working, but we got in. We had a room for three; double and single beds, the room was crowded but you could easily move around and place the luggage. The bathroom/shower was large. We had a problem with the water tap, it kept closing. The room was nice and cool, the beds very comfortable. It was a bit disturbing that the breakfast area was right behind our door. Overall, I would say we had a pleasant visit.

I stay two nights and this hotel its good for short stay clean and good bed good breakfast. The lady in reception help me to transfer my bag to another room because late back. Thank you very much helping me.

Comfortable beds, good location but unfortunately bad customer service, worst hotel experience ever. It was noise all night from the 2nd floor and we couldn't sleep until 2 am, then from 6 am breakfast was serving next to our room... water pipe over my bed and every time someone use the shower, toilet, ... we heard the noise! The worst part was how terrible was the customer service when I contacted them to get help.
