Great hotel with a Lord Nelson theme ! Nice staff, complementary tea and coffee, in the middle of Gamla Stan close to metro and busses...only a few km from Bromma airport. We had a wonderful stay ! We recommend it very much !
On my own, and will be back for sure!

I fell in love with the Collector’s Lord Nelson. First, the location is perfect—right in the center of Gamla Stan and an easy walk to the train station, T, and museums. The staff was very helpful and very sweet, especially Cecilia. The front desk was always staffed, and everyone there always had a kind word and smile for me, much appreciated since I was traveling on my own and a little lonely at times. The rooms were small but comfortable and cozy. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, and I had everything I needed. I didn’t buy the breakfast, but was able to store my morning yogurt in the hotel’s refrigerator and have unlimited caffe latte, tea, and apples. The total price for the week was incredibly reasonable compared to what I would have paid in other European or US cities. I already remember this hotel very fondly, and can’t wait to come back.
Comfortable and convenient

This charming hotel is located on a pedestrian only (but very busy) street in the old town. It is just a short walk to the Royal Palace, Parliament Building, Nobel Museum, the harbor area and a myriad of shops and restaurants. We had a quiet and cozy 4th floor room toward the rear of the building so did not hear the street noise much at all. I would imagine the front rooms might be noisy at night due to tourist traffic. We did include breakfast with our room and the selections were quite nice, both hard and soft boiled eggs, breads, cheese, meats, yogurt and a self serve coffee/espresso machine. The staff was quite pleasant, helpful, friendly and spoke English, French and German well.

Perfect location Simple and delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff. Rooms are small but it’s actually fun. Funky angles to enjoy. Maritime history all around. Main area of shops and desserts. Eco friendly as well. Would be noisy with The windows open but we did not need them at the end of September. Just to note things close early so the noise tends to die down about 930 or 10 o’clock. I’d definitely stay again. Thank you !

It is always a joy and pleasure to stay at this “maritime” themed hotel when I stay in Stockholm. It is located in the heart of the exceptionally quaint Old Town ( Gamla Stan ) with its many colourful buildings, cafes, bars and other attractions. I enjoy my quiet, comfortable single room, the reception lounge with 24 hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate available, the poop deck with its amazing roof-top views and the wonderful reception staff led by Renate. This hotel is truly my “home away from home” every time I visit sensational Stockholm. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay here!
