The Scandic Hotel is a very nice typical place, well-located in the beautiful old town of Gamla Stan. Everything is nice: the rooms, the team, the atmosphere, the place. I really enjoy my 2 stays there and hopefully will stay again!

Great receptionist crew and for chef 10+! We had such a nice approach and hospitality from chef. He make for us special omelett and freshly squeezed juice... Definitely for remembering and best place for couples. Two thumbs up for crew! Hopefully coming again soon...

Everything worked and was wonderful even during Corona times. In Midsommar, time spent on the roof terrace was excellent! My room was excellent, I received an upgrade as there were hardly any other guests, so I can't say what I normally would have paid.

You can feel of the environment of old times has been in the house for this hotel. When you take the steps up or down or the little elevator, you absolutely have an impact of an old fashioned place in Stockholm. Also it seems to be a calm hotel compared to other and modern hotels.

I’d like to say thank you for a very nice attitude of the staff at Scandic Gamla Stan hotel. All staff members were very helpful and responsive. Moreover, a big thank for the chef at the hotel buffet. Well done 👍
