Facility is beautiful, clean, and located in the perfect area. Room is huge and lives up to the hype and gives enough space to get a few minutes to yourself if you’re with the family. Terry was fantastic as we came in at 1am with no reservation she helped us get set up and provided a list of restaurants and activities around the city for all age ranges. Will definitely be back at Staybridge wherever we go!!
The Perfect Place To Stay

I am in Awe of this hotel, when I say spic and span. This hotel is very clean and modern. The ambiance is so inviting, especially during a time like this. The fresh smell is truly rewarding and comforting. Vanessa was so courteous and took her time to explain everything in detail. She assured me that I would enjoy my stay. Everything she told me was accurate. I would love my stay there. Truly a home away from home. One of the best I been too, the bed is comfortable and the food is amazing. They really take pride in making it one of the best hotel in the Charleston/Summerville Area.

“TIMMA” My family booked this hotel last minute coming into Charleston from Savannah. We chose it because it was NEW!🤗 When we walked into the lobby we were greeted by this lovely gal named Timma. She checked us in and was SO sweet and kind to us and gave us tips on where to go while we were in town. I can’t think of the last time I was treated so well by the front desk of a hotel. She really started off our hotel stay on a high note. She put us on the top floor in a room with 2 queen beds. The room was absolute perfection. Everything was new and clean. The ceilings were high, the bed linens and mattress were clean and new. Our kitchen was spotless and we loved having an extra sink and mirror since there were four of us. The only con I can think of for the room was there were several stains on the carpet from someone who had stayed previously and ruined the lovely brand new carpets! Sad that they will have to replace them so soon. We used the free laundry room to do some laundry and at breakfast we went downstairs to eat the delicious breakfast! They literally had everything you could think of. They also had gloves to wear while dishing your food and masks. Waffles, french toast, eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, that hotel has definitely gone back to the serving a full service buffet breakfast and we loved it. Martha & Briana and the rest of the breakfast crew were so on top of everything and really went out of their way in helping everyone. I even saw some people show up late to the breakfast and they still let them eat. I think this hotel must treat their employees well and pay them well because they all seemed happy and like they actually liked their work environment. Check out was also smooth and the front desk lady was great. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area. P.S. Please let Timma train EVERYONE because she really is such an amazing person and the world would be a better place if more people were like her!!😍
A beautiful hotel to crash in Charleston.

If you’re heading to Charleston and want a great hotel to crash, we’d like to recommend the Staybridge Suites Summerville. It’s a brand new property that opened up last year and conveniently located off of I-26. You can get to downtown Charleston easy enough. Since the property is brand new it looks great. The area is well maintained and provided a very comfortable vibe. The lobby has plenty of space for checking in and enjoying breakfast and dinner. It’s bright and cheerful so if you like hanging out in the lobby area, you’ll be good to go here. We stayed in a king bed suite, as we prefer to have more space for working and chilling out. As we entered the room we felt at ease. The newness of it all helped our psyche and we always appreciate large windows that bring light into our space. The bed was very comfortable. The sheets and pillows are a higher quality, unlike some hotel brands where it feels like you’re sleeping with sandpaper. The room itself was very spacious and included a sitting chair for reading or sipping coffee. The kitchen had plenty of room to prepare meals and spread out, plus the frosted glass cabinets, subway tile, and stainless steel appliances a nice touch. With a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and a few extras, you will be set for dining in and saving money. The living room was large enough and couch comfortable. We had plenty of space for work and fun. And everything else was just perfect -- even the WiFi and quiteness. We gave this Staybridge Suites a 9.45 / 10 on our website.
