Room was decent. Quite area. Not too much within walking distance.

The room was nice. No complaint. The only issue already mentioned is the breakfast that was mentioned on the website did not exist. If they can add Covid info on the website, why can't they also mention that they are no longer providing breakfast? My plane landed late. Upon landing, I got a call saying that the office closes at 11 PM. I was able to get a rental car and get there at 10:55 PM. All worked out OK.
Rude Old man

Check in host was very rude to everyone he interacted with. The toilet water took 10 min to fill up. Door was broken. Tried to call front office phone system wasn't working. The bed was comfy but that was the only positive about this place.
Nothing like what they say!

I don't like writing negative reviews, unless things are really bad or unfair. So, writing this means ti must not be a good location. This hotel does NOT provide many of the services/amenities they advertise. It's okay if you don't have these things. But that should be explained on the website, and during the check-in process, before you make your reservation. You shouldn't have to deal with false advertising. Screw "buyer beware". For instance, I chose this location not just because of location, but because the pictures on the website showed a good looking breakfast. I was craving those waffles. But the breakfast buffet was closed. This wasn't explained at check-in, or on the website. When checking in around 11:30 at night, I didn't automatically receive a WiFi code. After getting my stuff into the room and getting comfortable, I realized I had no code. But the office closed at midnight. Again, they could have told me this at check-in, or put this on the site. It wouldn't have been so bad. But when I e-mailed customer service (which I usually don't do), the response I received basically said "It is what it is". They made no effort to try to keep me as a valued customer, as they say on their website. The only thing I can warn you is to think hard about staying here. Or at least verify their services and amenities before making your reservation.
Worst service I have ever experienced in my life

Rudest service staff I have ever met in any hotel/hostel/accommodation. Do not go here. I was yelled at and scolded by a Days Inn by Wyndham Sunnyvale Californa front desk representative named CK, for asking if I could have a plastic fork and spoon. He seemed disinterested to even talk to me at first, fixated on his computer, and I was the only one in the lobby. I asked him politely if I could have plastic utensils, and he yelled at me "what?!", so I clarified myself that I was asking if they had a plastic fork and spoon. He got up grumpily from his computer and went to the back and took a fork and spoon from a box. As he went back I asked if I could have a couple. He came back with one each, and I asked again if I could have a couple, and he then really yelled at me with his arms in the air "WHAT DO YOU WANT!!!" I was really shocked as I had only been polite and respectful thus far. I asked again if I could have a couple, and he shouted back "NO! IF YOU WANT MORE, GIVE ME $5 NOW!" and he stuck his hand out in my face, asking for money. I was really shocked. I asked him for his name, and he said it was CK. I asked him why I had to pay $5, he said one was complimentary, but more than that and I had to pay him. And he kept shouting at me what I wanted from him. I immediately started to leave, as I hated the situation and was so shocked that I would get this from a 3-star hotel. As I left, I told him that he should remember that the hotel served breakfast and should not be charging guest for disposable utensils, and his attitude does not belong in the hospitality business. Turns out, CK is the OWNER of the place. It is no wonder the other staff (except one lady who checked us in and out) are equally as rude. Later that day, my partner called the hotel number on her cellphone (as the hotel room's phone was dead), asking if we could check out at 1pm instead of the 12noon timing we got in our confirmation email. The service representative on the phone, named Julio, laughed in her face loudly, and told her a late checkout at that time is no possible. He told her that she could have a late checkout at 12noon. She went on to explain that she was a Wyndham Gold member, and one of the perks was late checkout, and that the normal checkout was 12noon. He laughed at her again and said "No, the normal checkout is 11:30am, late is 12noon." On top of that, the rooms have really thin walls, as we could clearly hear the people shouting outside through the two days, and the people in the neighbouring rooms. The room service also barged into our room once. Lastly, the place has the oldest and most janky electronics. The phone did not work. The side table lamps had bare wires sticking out of its cables, threatening to blow and cause an accident. The fridge and microwave looked like they were from the 1980s (although they did work). The TV and WiFi were alright though.
Terrible stay, would not recommend

Staff was extremely rude and condescending (CK - the owner of the hotel, Julio, night staff). CK even yelled at my partner and demanded $5 when we asked for some plastic utensils to eat our takeout. Room appliances were very dated (microwave felt extremely unsafe), bathroom sink had stains.
