Ok business type hotel but ridiculously over the top mask and hygiene screen policies. Guests smoke on non smoking floors and hold noisy get togethers but hotel management is ineffectual about stopping it. Not up to the usual Aston standard.

I was staying with my fiance and she was urgently needing a sanitary pads but as a first timer I don't know where to get one around the hotel since the hotel does not sell these thing. Unbelieveable that ms. freska bear a hand. I really appreciate the help and I'm delighted. Heel erg bedankt!!

Long Wait at the Elevator Lobby

Booked triple room for our stopover on Sunday stay. Satisfied with the bedroom and services performed both at the front office & breakfast room. However, we were not quite comfortable for two conditions: long wait on 6 times using the elevator, and crowded situation during breakfast. The elevator experience was surely a key factor for us to reconsider next booking for this hotel, especially during long weekend.

Spent one night in this hotel with great experience, the security guard had a good attitude in offering temperature checking, nice greeting Guest service agent welcoming us warmly, fast checked in process, helpfull and informatif, clean room, hot water was good, nice pillows, soft towel, clean bathroom Housekeeping team delivered the additional amenities that I requested, warm welcome from FB staffs, variative breakfast, good taste, specially traditional corner Love this hotel

Second Stay and The Last One!!

Booked the hotel for my family, who lives in Wonogiri, 2 hours away from Solo, the kid loves to swim, and due to the location and good experience in the past, I decided to book the hotel again. On the second day, when they wanted to go to the pool around 10:40am (and during breakfast, the family confirmed with the server at the restaurant that the pool would be open), when they arrived, the pool guard said the pool is closed for private usage for a soccer team. Maybe this is nothing for you, but when 8 years old kids traveled 2 hours in the car, looking forward to swimming, and found out he can’t swim, IT'S DISAPPOINTMENT!!! When I chatted with the staff through WA, they did not believe my story even said, "Oh, the pool was open, and they feel the need to look at CCTV. The moral of the story, if you know this will happen, tell your guest in advance so I can book another hotel!!!! and please when you have 8 years old kid sad because he can not swim because the hotel screwed up PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!! To be fair, on a positive note, they love your suite and fruit platter for the amenity!!!
