Stayed here for a girls trip. Everything was incredible...the staff, the room, the beach, the restaurants, the spa and pool. We arrived early in the morning so we were set up in a cabana at the pool until our room was ready. I cannot say enough how lovely the staff is. They took such good care of us and the concierge was so helpful with organizing our trip and sending us to fantastic restaurants.The spa is exquisite. I had one of the best massages I have ever experienced. The restaurants are all superb. What a beautiful hotel. It is top notch and you won't be disappointed.

We stayed in this property without knowing how gorgeous it is! I understand now why MR Churchill said that when he dies he would like to go to the Surf Club! Who wouldn’t? We got in the middle of the pandemia. Dec 2020. The covid protocols were amazing. You would do everything from a tablet. You could requiere room service on disposable or regular tableware! That’s awesome! The beach here is super clean and the coconut water at the beach the very best! The Surf Club restaurant is just iconic along with the Hemingway bar on top. We love the property and however covid was very much around! We played The safest card staying here!

The 1st time attempting to eat at Lido we left as it was not our crowd (too much “lady”s lunch” spot) BUT thankfully we decided to give it another try this trip! The ambience was fabulous (beautiful view from terrace and the crowd was more diverse with business, family and ladies lunches. The food was delicious!! Service unbearably fabulous!!!! It was so great we went back the next day! Our server Adrianna could not have been more attentive and kind. We requested her area next day! If looking for a casual polished ambience with great food for lunch this is my high recommendation.

Though I am not a huge fan of Miami, my husband had a business appt so I tagged along. We were there for 3 days and it was heaven. Upon check in, you know you are in for something special. The architecture is incredibly beautiful. The reception area sets the tone and you are greeted by a team of people who offer champagne from their champagne cart or any other beverage. Our room was fabulous....we stayed in the oceanfront rooms and the view was spectacular as were the appointments in the room. It was spotless and elegant. Everything was of the best quality. Could not find one fault. The pools and beach felt like a private club, again wonderful service. Everything we ate (and drank) was divine. Expensive, yes but worth it. I like that though it was full, it didn't feel like a huge crowded loud resort. It felt quiet and elegant, just my speed.I must give a shout out to the superb service, that did not go unnoticed and in today's world is much appreciated! They really take care of their guests and that is worth its weight in gold. This is most definitely a hotel we will return to.

Feels like you are in a tranquil oasis - a rarity in Miami! Best hotel in the area. The room was beautiful, the hotel intimate, and the pool area was quiet enough to read and relax. Also loved the location (you can hop up to the Bal Harbor shops, have a beautiful stretch of the beach right in front, and bike down to South Beach which we did a couple of times). Looking forward to going back once the condo construction next door finishes!
