In the Sweetwater, TN area to take care of some personal business and stayed at this hotel, as we often do when in the area. Hotel is safe and secure; the room was clean, comfortable, equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, and was priced at a very reasonable price-point! Very easy access from I-75! Sits far enough back from highway that there is no roadway noise. Not much they can do about your loud neighbors conversations, their loud TV's, slamming doors, and parking lot engine noise. But, you are going to get that anywhere given the inconsiderate nature of some people. Recommend it if passing through!
One Night Stay!

We would not rate this hotel as excellent, good at best!! We had a first floor room on the back side of building. First thing, we had numerous problems with our key card not working, even the check-in girl had a big problem getting the door open!! It was labeled as a handicap room, however, it had a tub/shower & very low potty. It had a very musty, yucky smell and after getting settled and taking our shoes off, the carpeting was very damp. No HOT breakfast...still handing out to-go breakfast and not very tasty at all. We were not impressed at all, especially after staying at another Quality Inn in Kodak, TN that served a delicious hot breakfast!!!!! AND totally remodeled:)
Room was fine, but was accused of stealing 9 towels and charged $72!!

My friend and I were only at this hotel for one night. He had his room, I had mine. We checked out the next morning and were on our way to Chattanooga. The next day, I checked my online bank statement and discovered I had an extra $72 charge..
I called the hotel, and the front desk man told me that the maid said that my friend's room was missing 9 towels and that's why I was charged.
I said, "NO, no, no, no, that is not right! He did not steal towels!" I knew this, not only because of his character, but because when we got to Chattanooga, I watched him unpack at the AirBnB! No towels!
But this guy stuck to his guns. When I asked if there was a manager I could talk to, he said, "No, the only recourse is for you to dispute it with your bank...BUT WE WILL FIGHT YOU."
I did dispute it with my bank, and now it's "under investigation."
Soooooooo, I can only go by our experience. We don't know if the maid wrote about the theft on the wrong room, if SHE took the towels or if this is a scam the hotel management is running.
The hotel was fine, nothing special, but clean...however, you may be falsely accused of stealing, and you may end up paying more than you think at this hotel!!!
I certainly wouldn't go back.

The room was clean and spacious. Our room suite style room have plenty of room to spare and a nice bathroom. They had a nice balcony, and clean hallways. Due to the pandemic, they didn't have a traditional breakfast, but they offered a nice sack breakfast (including a sandwich that can be warmed up in your room). The employees were great, as well. Friendly and polite.

Didn’t have the highest hopes knowing it was an older hotel and check-in was slow😮 WE stayed on the frontside of the hotel, maybe 100 yards. from a main road, so you will hear traffic when awake😳 Maybe ask for room in back IF your a light sleeper😉 Heard nothing through the walls or other guests😀 Bed was comfortable😀 Overall room came off clean. Plenty of hot shower water with GREAT pressure! Room was fine in size for a one night stay. Liked the ADA size toilet, many hotels miss putting these in all rooms due to cost, nice job! TV channels were easy to negative and had plenty of channels. Breakfast was nothing special, yet, the nation is still in Covid fear mode. Coffee was weak in taste😕 A few grab and go pastries, yogurts and a breakfast sandwich😳Area came off safe and secure. Would I stay again passing through, yes!
