Mercure Sydney Wynyard will be embarking on an exciting refurbishment project to transform the hotel, in preparation for our rebrand to Novotel. We will continue to provide exceptional service, whilst keeping disturbance to a minimum. Our amazing refresh is starting with our accommodation rooms, per floor. Intermittent noise may be experienced between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Breakfast will be served at Edes Cafe across the road and a smaller in-room dining menu will be available from 4-9pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
