Muy muy buena la atención del personal . Las instalaciones muy acorde a un hotel 5 estrellas clásico de epoca. La habitación perfecta . Lo único que debería agregarle es servicios en cuanto a pileta , gymnasio etc . Hacia mucho calor y hubiese estado bueno tener un espacio donde relajar al sol

El hotel es realmente muy elegante y la ubicación que tiene es perfecta para pasear por la isla de Ortigia . Realmente la pasamos muy bien y nos sentimos muy bien atendidos hay que saber que algunas habitaciones están diseñadas en dos plantas y hay que subir por una escalera interna y para algunos eso puede ser un inconveniente

Well, this is a fantastic hotel. perfectly located, perfectly maintained, great decoration, historic building, the personele was very kind and great, always available, breakfast is perfect for international tourists, and they have a parking right in front in the harbour where we could park for free, and that is a luxury in ortigia, i can tell you that. in the summer they have their own private beach for the clients. the building inside is beautiful with the internal garden. i highly recommend this hotel for all tourists who just don't need to waste time managing problems while on vacations in ortigia.

Very nice hotel with a huge lobby and plenty of parking space around. Very good breakfast and motivated personal. Our room (214) had only view to the inside of the building and was a bit small. If you go there make sure to have a room with outside view even it costs a bit more. Room itself was nice and clean with everything needed. Good washroom with nice shower cabin, bath robes and fluffy towels. The restaurant we didn’t try, there are plenty of good restaurants on the island just a few steps away.

We were two families here over Thanksgiving and cannot say enough about this terrific hotel. The rooms are impeccable, the service was gracious and the setting on the harbor cannot be better. We took an outing to Noto instead of switching hotel. Buon viaggio!
