The customer service is great and topnotch. Our room and the facilities are clean and comfortable. Great location. My family and friends had a great stay. Food at baker j is superb and delicious. Keep it up! Definitely recommend this place👏👏👏

We were greeted with a greeting card and balloons on the bed (anniversary). Simple things matter! The bed and pillows are so comfy. I want to ask what the brand is and where I can get one. The only thing is the bathroom is too cramped, and the staffs are very approachable. Kudos to Kuya guard (on a night shift), who always greeted us with a smile.

Place is clean and everyone is nice and approachable. Always greeting us with a smile. I want to commend the staff especially the staff at the restaurant food are amazing! Thank you my twins enjoyed the food and we had a great time staying in quest hotel.

We had so much fun and we enjoyed staying at the hotel!! The food was great as well!! The hotel also has access to the Mall so you can shop and buy food anytime! There's also a park where you can hang out with your family or friends. It was indeed a great staycation!!

Overall, it was a great experience staying with you. Attentive, courteous and friendly staff, good food, excellent coffee --- I will surely book a stay with you again. Oh there's just one issue, it was quite difficult getting in and out of your bathroom. I am an interior decorator by profession, may I suggest changing swinging door into a sliding one.
