We booked this hotel through the their website. My husband is a platinum member. When we arrived, the front desk guys were bus visiting with each other. My husband was not recognized as a platinum member although it is recorded on his reservation. They didn't give us any information about the hotel, breakfast etc. I asked if there were any upgrades available (perk for a platinum member) they said, "no we are full" About an hour later, a different person was at the desk, we told her about our check in experience. She said there were upgrades available and assigned us a new room. This hotel is definitely not worth staying at!!!
Nice hotel, convenient location

We stayed here to be in the vicinity of Busch Gardens. The hotel is about 12 Miles and 20 minutes away. It’s close to the highway as well. We enjoyed our stay but I would not say the rooms were perfectly maintained. The mattresses were a bit soft and seemed like they were about ready to be changed. There was some mildew in the bathroom and some areas that needed to be painted. The tub was a little dirty as well. Anyway we would still stay here again and found the hotel to be a decent value. I’m not quite sure how the hotel decides what amenities can and can not be offered due to the pandemic. Sometimes I think this is an excuse to save money. Cleaning is only offered every 2 days. None of the hot buffet food is offered at breakfast. You can make your own waffles. The gym is closed as well. They prefer people to wear masks in common indoor areas. We did enjoy the breakfast that was offered.
Very bad experience

I booked my room online, and booked a king bed. When we checked in and went to our room we had 2 queen beds. I was not happy and went to complain and I was told that I would have to speak with the manager in the morning. Spoke with manger and was told that online booking over books them and that I got what they had available. We left for the day and came back to a room that was not cleaned. I was livid and went to complain again, I was told that housekeeping was still there and that they would be up to clean my room. I get back to my room and my husband tells me that they brought more towels but they will not clean our room due to covid. So i go back and complain again and I was told by the rude male manger that it s all over the hotel and in our rooms that housekeeping will not clean rooms until we check out. I looked through the hotel and in our room for a sign that says that and there is not a sign nor does it say it on their website. I was very disappointed in this hotel and for $130 a night I don't get a clean bed to sleep in.

Pulled into parking lot & an older lady walked up screaming her license plate was stolen. Not a good start after a 12 hour drive. Check in & cleaning staff were friendly! Rented 2 rooms. Paid for rooms in advance & was charged a $100 deposit per room (even though we used a major credit; not a debit card). Beds & bathrooms were clean & beds were comfortable. My husband & I cleaned the desk, tv stand, & microwave. Microwave was not clean at all. 1 room had hardwood floors & the other was carpet. Carpet looked dirty & old. We were not told there would be no breakfast or coffee in the lobby in the am. We stayed at other hotels in the past 2 months & they would at least have coffee. Coffee maker in 1 room was broken & no bottled water to buy in vending machine (sold out). 1 Positive for my family was that they are 1 of the only pet friendly hotels around Seffner area within a 15 mile radius. I looked at 20 reviews, stayed at other Radisson hotels, & honestly expected a little better.

The first room the floor carpet was so dirty stained and not vacuumed i was afraid to take my shoes off. The second room carpet NOT vacuumed and stained carpet, bathroom had a yellow streak down the wall???? Your guess..... Bed was sagging in towards the center and very uncomfortable. Had a stale smell.
