Instalaciones y habitaciones agradables. El personal es muy atento y suple con su amabilidad las carencias del establecimiento, estuve una semana sin agua caliente pese a los denodados esfuerzos del personal de mantenimiento en su duro combate con las cañerías. Los fines de semana organizan bodas para los lugareños las cuales son muy pintorescas y agradables. Los desayunos son algo pobres pero correctos. La cena en cambio goza de una corta pero esmerada carta de platos locales a menudo occidentalizados. Muchas noches las cenas están amenizadas por una actuación en directo de música que acompaña la velada. En recepción y zonas anexas la música ambiente proviene de algún CD de Richard Claydeman que estuve padeciendo durante el mes que estuve en el establecimiento. Rezo para que alguien sustraiga el CD de tan notable compositor y lo haga desaparecer lo antes posible por si acaso vuelvo por esos lares.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, the staffs are also kind. I was there for 2 days because I had some business with my girlfriend who was in Tangerang. I think the place is strategic, but the main lights are not bright enough. I hope I can stay here again ~

Our stay was quite disappointing. Not the kind of expectation I've developed for a 3 stars hotel. Not long after we checkin into our room the air conditioner leaked so we have to wait for sometime while the technician fix it. On day one the tissue box was empty, and we didn't get toilet paper on day two. Worst of all, during our checkout we got held because there are no coordination between the staff. The receptionist claims that we still have outstanding bills on the coffee shop which we have paid. And for that we have to go back and forth from the restaurant to receptionist. The fact is the cashier didn't post our transaction. That's an internal issue. Miscommunication between staff is not my problem. Yet instead of apologize the reseptionist justify himself by blaming on the system. The behavior was utterly rude, inconvenience, and disrespectful for someone who work in this type and price of hotel. And I'd definitely think twice for staying there in the future.

Strategic location, 5 minutes from Exit Toll Bitung , wide parking area .. spacious room, full amenities, complete breakfast .. Friendly and skillful staff .. little problem is the room smells musty, I ask for the treatment .. Overall I Recomended

Amenities: well the only complaint i have on this is they dont have the electric water pot to make hot water and they dont give you tea and coffee packets. Room: its pretty spacious and i love it! the room key however needs to be considered because when i left my room i had to pull my keys out and left the room not un air conditioned and when i got back i had to wait for the ac to turn cold again. The room is clean and the sheets are clean and fresh. Bathroom: the water takes forever to go down the drain.. i was getting a bit worried i might flood the bathroom but eventually the water went down the drain Location: kinda far from tourist attraction but close to several industrial area. be aware of the traffic near the hotel area. Check in/ check out process: pretty efficient. I deff would recommend this hotel and would come back. This hotel could've been a four star instead of a three star if only they added a few more things.
