Es un hotel bien situado,al lado del puerto.Hotel de madera pequeño,con estancias en otro edificio de al lado tambien de madera.El precio es de un hotel de cuatro estrellas caro,sin embargo el estado de las habitaciones es de un hotel de dos estrellas.Los colchones viejos,al igual que la colcha,la habitacion que me dierón pequeña y el mobiliario mal conservado.El hotel sin ascensor y con escaleras de madera con mucha pendiente para subir las maletas.El servicio practicamente inexistente. Como positivo,teniamos un balconcito con vistas al puerto,pequeñito,pero bonito.El baño,tenia una bañera grande redonda.El desayuno escaso,el comedor era bonito. En general me dio la isensación de haber pagado bastante mas de lo que valia. pareja española,de Zaragoza

Expensive, not value for money

Our most expensive (3600 SEK/night) but also our worst stay on our west coast tour. Waited 15 min to check in. Only public parking so a walk with bags to the hotel, but great location. We knew our room was going to be small, but it also felt very sad and dated. View of the ventilation system so not able to have window open. Quite large and more modern bathroom though. Interior in the rest of the hotel was nice. Breakfast was very small, not even a toaster, several people complaining. Breakfast area very felt temporary, not as a very nice restaurant (as it is in the evening). Would not stay again!

This is misleading, it is the same price for the backyard room as it is for the best rooms, here the hotel must not have a price differentiation. I got the worst room and the service or the breakfast was the to get a "jippy" for. All in all a overpriced motel!

Great visit to Fjällbacka

A quiet and charming old hotel located close to the harbour in Fjällbacka. We had a nice room with a balcony and a view of the harbour. A perfect place to have a drink before dinner. The hotel was very clean and tidy, and the staff were very nice and helpful. In the evening we had a very good dinner in the hotel’s restaurant Mamsell. They have an extensive wine list, and we got a good recommendation from our waiter.

Great hotel with individually decorated rooms. Fantastic food in Mamsell restaurant and large assortment of wines and beers to chose from. Nice staff and good service. The breakfast was the drawback, had to ask for replenishment - this is not OK. Difficult to find parking in the small town of Fjällbacka.
