Hotel stay was horrific. The room was filthy and disgusting. Stains on the floor, carpet, curtains and bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Fixtures were full of dirt, rust, and mildew. Room smelled musty and mildewed. Spider webs on ceiling. Beds had dents in them. If that’s not enough everything in the room was outdated. Staff continuously called the room at 2 am to see if we were in there because they had someone else that wanted the room….he didn’t even apologize for waking us up or for the inconvenience.

All I can say is wow! The staff at this hotel takes customer service to all new levels. They were fantastic and helped make our stay wonderful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was great too!
No shuttle, bad service, not clean. Stay somewhere else.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This place is simply not worth it. One of the main reasons we picked this hotel was because it advertises on its website a free shuttle service to and from Busch Gardens (see attached screenshot). However, when we checked in to the hotel we were told that the shuttle wasn't running. This was never communicated to me in the multiple emails from Hilton prior to my stay, and the hotel did not offer any alternative transportation. So I had to spend money on an Uber to and from the park that I hadn't planned for. (After I got back I started looking at past reviews and see that the shuttle hasn't been running for MONTHS. Yet, it is still advertised on the website because it solicits reservations--shady.) Aside from that, the hotel suffers from a lack of cleanliness and customer service. The person who checked us in when we arrived seemed to be in a bad mood and wasn't particularly friendly. Then, we get to our room and see that it hasn't been serviced since the last guests checked out. We go back to the front desk and get a new set of keys for a new room. The second room had been serviced, but smelled very strongly of marijuana and cigarettes, even though I had reserved a non-smoking room. At this point it was already 10:30 at night and we didn't want to take our chances with room number 3, so we decided to make it work with the smelly room. But this room had other issues too. The trim around the bathroom door is rotting (see pic); the shower head isn't attached to the wall, it's just hanging there (see pic); and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work (which probably explains why the wood is rotting). Then, a few days into our stay, we called down to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper. They said they would bring it up to our room. Over 90 minutes went by, but no one came. My husband had to go downstairs at 11:30 at night to get the toilet paper himself. In summary, the free shuttle service advertised on the website doesn't exist, the customer service is subpar, and the cleanliness is well below average. Stay somewhere else.
Accommodating front desk

Since my digital key didn’t work on 1st room I was given a key by the very nice front desk. When I entered the room it seemed small and the bed wasn’t properly made. I felt uncomfortable so I asked for another room. The second room had a locking issue. Although the door showed green and unlocked with both a card and digital key, the door couldn’t be opened. I was offered another room which was fine other than a good vent dusting and tweaking.

Hotel room was moldy and dusty, bed was not comfortable. I did not have a good night rest at this hotel and I was on my honeymoon I will never stay here again. As a Hilton honor member I did not feel valued.
