The hotel staff was amazing and accommodating. Great location in the village. The hotel itself is beautiful. the staff provided us with everything we needed to have a great trip. We will be starting here again.
Best location on the mountain

This place is very modern and fun. Close to the slopes and restaurants - the pool and hotub are nice, except we went during Covid and we had to reserve time slots, but overall very happy with this hotel!
Teton lodge suite stay

We loved our stay at the lodge. The only thing that was missing was the views. When booking the room I had asked if we can get a nice view - the agent gave me option for the mountain and the valley. Never visited there before, I opted for the mountain. Upon arriving we realized there was no "mountain" in view, our rooms were facing a parking lot and skiing related maintenance going on. My feedback is that please be clear to set expectations when someone is specifically asking for a room with a view. Had I known we will be facing the parking lot, I would have opted for the valley view.

My husband and I were staying there as our final stop on our anniversary trip. We got a complimentary upgrade which was a great surprise. The rooftop hot tub is heavenly as well. My husband loved the robes too. We did have a couple of issues though. The fireplace in our room did not work properly. It only worked about half the time and the flame was super small. We also had an issue when checking out. There were multiple charges to our room that were not made by us. The lady at the front desk said I would be contacted by a manager and that has yet to happen. My husband also had issues sleeping due to the dry air. He woke up a few times with nose bleeds.
Winter at Teton Mountain Resort is a very poor value

My last stay was last Feb. 2021. I was not pleased with the junior suite location, I was promised a slope view and received a valley/hotel view instead. While I do understand the units are privately owned and you can't guarantee a location, the price is very high for the lack of accommodation. And the rooms are not that spectacular. Tables are showing age, woodwork is also damaged. Not to the hotel's fault but the slopes were absolutely mobbed with very long lift lines and massive traffic jams. This is not the reason most customers come to Teton Mountain Resort. This year I tried to book a junior suite for Jan. 29th to Feb. 9th. I was told it would be over $20,000. I replied that this was a huge increase since last year. I was told these dates were "trending" in an algorithm, the pricing is adjusted to the trend. The Teton Mountain Lodge and the Teton Mountain Resort are extremely over priced. Expect high prices, low value and huge crowds and lift lines in Feb.
