Nice one night stay

We spend the night and didn't have any real issues. Check in was nice, lobby and appearance throughout was nice. Our room (417) was clean and quiet and the bed and bedding very comfy. A/C was efficient and quiet. The bathroom was not bright enough and the showerhead was horrible (such a simple fix). The water smelled a bit murky. They had a hot breakfast, which really didn't make a lot of sense: scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon. sweet muffins, waffles, yoghurt, hard boiled eggs and cereal, but not a piece of bread...didn't make sense. The pool was open, the hot tub was not....just another thing not making sense.
Stay here...this place is great!

I will admit I was concerned with the bad reviews about cleanliness, but we found the hotel clean, the room was huge and the staff was professional, and very kind. Offered restuant recommendations and everyone smiled! Even the staff appeared to like each other which says something about management creating good morale. Good morale equals staff that is willing to go the extra mile, which they did on our behalf. There was a hot breakfast available. It was not gourmet but it was still good with choice of scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy,, cereal, oatmeal, waffles,, fruit and yogurts. Again the food area was very clean. It was as good as any other hotel of this caliber even pre covid. I would be happy to return to this hotel anytime. I am not sure what other people saw, but as a person that works in an airline club, I can say this is a commendable place. If you are looking for the St. Regis or the Ritz Carlton, you may not find the hotel up to your standards. If however. You are looking for a clean place with comfortable beds, please try this hotel.

This hotel is very dirty. Every time I touched something I felt the need to sanitize my hands. The carpet in the hall was stained and needed vacuumed. Our room had a dirty mirror, the walls needed wiped down and the furniture was stained. I would not recommend this hotel. I expected better from a Comfort Suite. This is the first dirty one I have encountered.

I have stayed in other comfort suites, and they were good, the one in Texarkana ark, was not, the carpet look as if some one had stumbled and lifter some of the carpet up, the drawers were not fully assembled, my friend in the middle of the night hit the drawer that had open up by them selves, Im so thankful she was not hurt and my daughters room sheets look as someone just did their business on them and the ottom had huge stains on them. I called to report, the rep gave me an incorrect email, I would have reported while there but I was there for my mothers funeral and was running late. When I did speak to rep all she could do was apologize due to renovations, if that were the case our rooms should have not been rented out for $89 for 1 night. I was so embrassed because I've been to others and raved about the comfort inns I've stayed in before and these room were not ready for customers.

Folks y'all may want to think twice when staying at the comfort suites at 5420 crossroads Pkwy, Texarkana, Ar 71854. The hotel lobby is hot. The floors are dirty and nasty. The carpet throw out the hotel is nasty and dirty. Mud and dirt throw out the hotel. The first night I stayed my resivation clearly stated room on first floor. When I checked in the room was on the second floor witch smelled straight strong weed. Got into the room got settled in and out comes the Roaches. There was also a few sliver fish found around the tube. Had 2 come back to the same hotel resivation clearly stated room on the first floor and what happened back 2 the second floor. Got into the room and open the door and the must that hit me n the face. The room smelled bad had 2 leave the door open for awhile. I used my own hotel spray 2 kill the smell. Upon farther inspection of the room there was a needle 💉 on floor witch I didn't see until I stepped on it. There where spider 🕸️ webs in the corners of the room. The current are Dusty and nasty, the sheets on the bed had holes in them. The sheets where horrible. There was dead roaches laying around n the room. House keeping needs to due a much better job in cleaning up the rooms. The elevator was also nasty the staff needs to due better. This hotel do Not have truck PARKING. Folks Truck parking is on the streets. The photos that's online are false, the wet bar they show in the picture in the lobby is not a bar it's a storage place for the hotel. The hotel don't even have liquor license. If you stay at this hotel don't get your hopes up to high thinking your going to get a room on the 1st floor just because you asked for it. Other folks gets the 1st floor everyone else up stairs. 1st come 1st serviced on the 1st floor. The room door lock was broken. If I could post more than ten pictures on here I would. Think twice folks.
