Never again in this life time

27 years in the military, 5 different countries and never a hotel as bad as this one. To quote the front desk "we're understaffed" which is their reason I had to ask after 3 days for clean towels. Day 4, after being told the room would be freshened up while we were out, I ended up setting the trash in the hallway. Ad says breakfast included in the rate yet 2 days no breakfast because " power outage ruined our food". In a city where there's at least 2 Gordon Food Services, 3 WalMarts and three Meijers stores, no food translates into we're to lazy to fix it. Don't bother asking for a rate adjustment, it was an act of nature. One excuse after another for a place that just doesn't care.
Nice people, decent room.

Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was small but comfortable. Only real problem was noise level. People walking around room over us sounded like a herd of elephants. Breakfast is laughable do not expect to fill up here before starting your day. Frozen breakfast sandwiches, tiny cups of juice an outdated microwave and dirty tables no one would sit at.

Clean & Quiet

This was my first visit. I was pretty impressed. There weren't many guests; so, it was reasonably quiet. The room was clean and I got a good night's sleep. I was a bit disturbed by what appeared to be smears of blood of the bathroom door (both sides). Also, if you're feeling a bit peckish at night, don't bother with the vending machine. It doesn't work properly and if you DO get your snack, it will be stale. Staff appear to be friendly.
So glad we read reviews

Thanks to all the positive reviews here, we chose this hotel for our one night stay as we were passing through, and we were very pleased. The value is excellent, as it is one of the cheapest rooms we had on our 2 week driving trip, but it lacked for nothing. Everything was super clean, the front desk service was very nice, and we had an excellent night's sleep. As during these COVID times, there is no hot breakfast, but there isn't any at any of the other chains, either.
