Clean & Great location.
My husband and I received a quick & friendly check in. The room was up to par, very clean. The location was perfect, we were minutes away from many great restaurants. This is the second time we stay at this location and we plan on continuing to stay here for our trips to Dallas.
Made Diamond status/Wyndham Reward - it was dynamite!
The Galleria Addison is and was a DIAMOND property, I saw the diamonded walkway! Mark and the entire staff made my 4 day visit unbelievable from room to rear view. I had the entire courtyard practically 4 vacation , extra special RewardCenter , I guess? Keep partying, Santa’s ready too.
nice and clean
Check in was fast only down fall no pic and go breakfast choices. no refreshing coffee or towels. Hotel was pet friendly a plus. Halls could have been a more lighted for safety. Good location close to nice restaurants

It was a nice stay, really! The decor was amazing the patio was beautiful staff was friendly (MARK) but the beds were caved in and the room smelled of smoke. There was no breakfast at all not even prewrapped options. I work at a Wyndham property and we still offer coffee and breakfast for guests that are prewrapped.
Still good even in tough times!
Uncomplicated & enjoyable. Beds outstanding as always! Would like to see the return of four pillows, but we do understand the circumstances. Staff very accommodating & helpful at every turn. Will be staying again
