Bad service, lot's of smells
Hated this place. staff is super rude. they don't fix any problems. they just tell yrepeat what you told them. "the toilet is dirty and has a smell to it." "yessir, we've been working on fixing the smells".... hate this place
Stay somewhere else
Two years ago when the hotel was new, we enjoyed staying here. It is unbelievable how much it has gone downhill in such a short time. Dirty, musty, and needs major repairs. Supposed to stay a week. Checked out after one night.
Excellent value, clean and pleasant
While COVID has changed somethings No breakfast, the property maintains the high customer standards and property cleanliness. I have stayed at other properties that use the covid 19 as an excuse for every reduction in standards. Not so here. While there is no breakfast they still have coffee available.
Accused of smoking and kicked out without even inspecting the room
I was told to leave for smoke in the room and I have chronic bronchitis and sont even smoke. They didnt even want to inspect the room or come see it was not my room the smoke was coming from. Even after staying several times with no issue.
Rude Night Audit Girl Wanting To Hang Up Last
The hotel was nice and clean for our stay. The young men that worked the desk during our stay were very nice and quick with check-in. But whoever the young lady is that worked the overnight/night-audit shift Tuesday night 11/17- into Wednesday morning 11/18 was super rude. I called to ask about my missing AirPods that I realized really late that I probably left behind being they're not in my Purse in their usual place, and when she heard me say "I left" she abruptly interrupted me while I was talking and did not let me finish my sentence. Yes, I hung up on her to prevent conflict, because I myself can get mouthy. After I hung up to digress, she proceeded to call my phone 7 times. A bit excessive and borderline harassment. I've worked in hospitality, that is not a way to reach a guest. After a cool off period. my fiancé called shortly after, calmly to see if he could get results, she hung up in his face lol so I’m not sure what’s happening here, but it’s just a whole movement of unprofessionalism going on with the night audit. It’s not cute and it’s honestly, very tacky and quite ghetto. Period. I will call in the morning when a concierge with tact and some manners can communicate with me. Instead of calling me back just to get the last Hang up lol it’s So rude and very disappointing. Perhaps additional training, some etiquette classes or some time off will help this problem. Just a friendly suggestion. Have a blessed day :-)
