Checked in and was told that they are housing homeless people. Our room was filthy with urine in toilet and shower dirty. The entire hotel was filthy! The homeless were so loud, banging doors all night. At 2am someone walked into our room. We checked out immediately and got a refund

Stay far far away. Go to the nearby hotels. Trust me!

We had booked this hotel because they said they have an indoor pool. Upon arrival, I was told the pool has been closed for the season because homeless people come in and sleep there. The hallways smelled strongly of urine and cigarettes. Our room was in the lower level and had an adjoining room door that appeared to have been kicked in from the other side. The entire feel was gross and sticky. We left after being there for 30 minutes. The next day we notice we were charged $35 for the room. We booked using points and Best Westerns Customer Service confirmed that the charge should have been placed on the corporate side, not on the customer. Apparently the hotel has to process the refund but, they won’t answer there phones for us nor for BW Customer Service. This place is an absolute joke.

Most terrible and alarming stay at best western ever, I was shocked.

I am a diamond member at best westerns, and a loyal customer. During my stay at this particular western, I encountered: drug usage, child endangerment and neglect, safety concerns for staff and customers. Vagrants loitering the parking lot, lobby, hallways of the entire building, and surrounding area. I also had safety concerns about the structure and maintenance of the rooms in the hotel. Here are some of my experiences and concerns I need to share, in hopes of changing the hotel for safer stays; staff was avid about questioning my stay due to vagrant people in the area, there were bloody towels and washcloths along the hall and in front of doors. I know this because a man came up to me and told me it was due to drug usage. When I ask if he worked here, he answered saying he was homeless. I didn't let it get to me and needed to go outside to my car. When I was in my vehicle a lady got in, and she was very disoriented and intoxicated. I asked her to exit my vehicle, which she did not at first. I was scared and got out of the car and asked again for her to get out.She finally did, so I locked my door and went back to my room. In the morning I showered which resulted in a slip and fall, and the wall caved inward resulting in a false sense of stability and a bad bruises. I just wanted to leave at this point. When I was exiting the lobby to the parking lot a little girl, about 8 years old ran past with juice and breakfast items, she brought them to a younger boy, about 5 years old. There was no adult supervision for these children. Before I left I gave them some money and candy cup assortment that I had leftover from work. These are my experiences concerning child endangerment/ and neglect, along with other safety concerns during my stay at this Best Western.

Terrible staff and front desk manager

No service at all room have bugs I got bites in my neck and arm. Checked in late. I have no blowdryer no towels and the manager said it not her responsibility! I’m surprised why she have a job at the front desk if she is not responsible! Why coming work!

Possible half-way house

The price was good but overall I feel like the hotel is run like a half way house. Room was semi clean. Lots of shady characters around. Couldn't tell who was a resident or staff. Woman in her pajamas with her teenage daughter were handling breakfast. Same woman was singing at the top of lungs in the parking lot the night before. Homeless people were coming in for breakfast. I will say all of the people walking in and out and roaming around the property were friendly. But I did not feel safe leaving my room alone.
