Good location

Reviewed 5 december, 2019

Hotel was in a good location where there is 3 different train lines. Room was a little bit small but that’s fine. Room service was good where Everyday they will change a new robe and make our bed. There is also free ramen from 930pm-11pm. Their public onsen was good too where they provide hair dryer, comb n etc after ur bath. Will suggest to go at night-around 9pm where there is less people. There is also washing machine where u can do ur laundry for free but the dryer needs to pay :( Other than that, will come back here again.

Could use some TLC

I rented out a room for a solo trip for a night and the desk team was very nice and the hotel was in a great location in Akihabara. However, my room did seem like it was old and was not well kept. The wallpaper had scratches and even some stains on the walls. Overall, it was nice enough for a budget hotel, but some slight updates could make a significant difference.

A comfortable and relaxing hotel

Reviewed 28 october, 2019

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 3 days last week. Though it’s small yet had all facilities we were expecting. It was only about 3 minutes walk from Suehirocho Metro Station (廣末町站) and very near the tourist must-visit place, Akihabara (秋葉原). Our first impression were quite satisfactory as the counter staff was kind and helpful. The room was, as expected, small. Afterall, we were in Tokyo Japan! The good experience was the in-built hot springs and sauna on the top floor of the hotel. It was tidy and clean. For ladies, they had to enter the place with password. So it was safe and quiet. Though the water was not really come from natural hot spring, yet it was indeed enjoyable taking a hot bath there. My wife and I went there thrice during our stay. Also there was free ramen and drinks provided on the 1st floor. We tried twice after the hot spring activities. The taste was fairly well. We will certainly book the hotel again for the next trip to Tokyo.

Tiny room but worked out very well.

Reviewed 25 may, 2019

Traveled recently with my 18 year old son. We stayed here a total of five nights. My first thought was "oh, no, this won't work" but we just had to get a little organized. Took us a while to figure out how to turn the lights on! I actually had to go back down and ask - it's explained on a paper they gave me but, of course, I wanted to get to the room and might've read it there - if I had found the lights, lol. Everyone working the desk was very nice and very helpful. They didn't seem to speak a lot of English but we managed. We, thankfully, were trying to travel light but we still had to get a little organized for the tiny room to work. But, for the price and the location, it was really great. It's central to whatever you might need or want in Akihabara and very close to three different train stations. I did laundry upstairs twice. I didn't plan to but my sore legs from sightseeing gave me the courage to try the onsen. There was no one there most of the time. I was relaxing but HOT! There is a second one outside that always had a loud tv going, I'm not sure why - that wasn't relaxing. Our Sushi wifi was waiting for us in our room when we arrived. They also held several small bags for us after our first three nights until we came back three days later. Bags were waiting for us in our room (same room) when we checked back in. If you need a big hotel room, this won't work for you. But, if you can't manage in this hotel, don't get on a train whatever you do!

Great valued hotel

If you go to the onsen in the morning, they will put fruit inside of it which gives it a great scent. The rooms are decent. The breakfast is a set meal which is good as well. Great location and for the price I paying definitely worth it.
