Great place to stay in Tokyo for work trips
A simple, well-equipped room with kitchen facility, a perfect place to stay in Tokyo for work trips. Good location as direct trains to Narita airport, my regular place to rest right after the long-haul flights. Nippori is close to oldtown Tokyo, so mostly local residents and not overcrowded. The hotel is located on the main street though rooms are quiet enough for sound sleep. Supermarkets, convenience stores nearby and plenty of local restaurants to choose from. Great value.
Perfect for a Nippori Fabric Town Visit! 🧵
My friend and I stayed overnight here for our cross-Tokyo jaunt to Nippori Fabric Town. Our rooms were clean and comfy, and available several hours ahead of check-in (a pleasant surprise). The staff is very friendly, and the in-room fridges and microwaves are perfect for snacks and dinners from the local conbini (there are also on-site vending machines). A perfect little place for crafters and sewists making a visit to Nippori! The hotel is a quick two-block walk from Nippori Station, and one block away from the main street of fabric shops.
OK for one night stay
It is only recommended for a short length stay. We choose this hotel as we need to stay a night after return from Kyoto and to take the next flight. The room space was nice but the room and furniture is old. Bathroom was really small and hard to move around but it's clean. Everything was very basic so I find it a little pricier. The walking distance to the station is tolerateable since we only stay for a night.
Ok for just one night
Supposed to stay just one night and take the express train to Narita Airport the other morning. Due to typhoon, flight cancelled. And i realised convenience stores n 24hr opened restaurants r extremely important. Room n bathroom extremely small. But amazingly, they provide fridge (basic), electric kettle (basic), microwave oven, electric cooker. At the lobby there r 3 vending machines, 2 for drinks 1 for cup noodles. Gd enough for a simple dinner. Staff s helpful n understanding, allowed me to use their reception phone for half an hr to call airline.
Good location for an overnight stay
Good location within 5 minutes walk form Nippori station. Which is great when you have to catch any of the main lines out, the skyliner is just over an hour to Narita Airport from Nippori which is why we stayed so we could explore Tokyo for as long as possible before we had to catch the train back to the airport for our flight. The room was small but average for Japan. Check in was easy and they let you store you luggage there. Front desk closes at 10pm though so make sure to check in by then.
