Well placed for a couple of train lines

Reviewed 3 january, 2023

We stayed here for four days in January, and we are pretty happy with the hotel. It’s got decent amenities for a serviced apartment and is well located in terms of public transport being five minute walk to 2 mainline train stations. A neat and tidy hotel.

Very Nice

Excellent Staff members who were very helpful and efficient and who surprisingly checked me in early. The location in Shinjuku is really good with a Domino’s Pizza (Closes late) and a Saizeriya in the same building and many many restaurants nearby. There is also a 24 hour convenience store. The hotel had a vending machine so you won’t need to go out if you needed to buy beverages. The closest station is Okubo (not Shin-Okubo within the Yamanote Line) which is only a 3 minute walk away which was convenient because it had an elevator Shinjuku Station is the immediate next station (0 stops) so going to the Airport via Narita Express was such a breeze although I had a lot of baggage with me. The only drawback is that the wifi kept disconnecting which was inconvenient and drained a lot of my data.

Good location, clean room good price

Good location near 2 train stations with lots of amenities nearby like supermarket, convenience shops and food. Check in and out was seamless. Rooms were clean too. Minor gripe was gym needed booking probably due to COVID but definitely a good place to stay! Price was quite good for the location too

Clean, kind staff, nice location.

Spacious room for 3 people, compared to other Japanese hotels. Very clean, and as this hotel is also have residences, there are microwaves, air purifier and separate bathroom and toilet. Staff were very kind indeed, enjoyed staying here a lot. It’s located near Shin-okubo station and Okubo station, lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket in the same building.

My new favorite hotel in Tokyo

Reviewed 18 november, 2022

I loved my one-month visit at Hundred Stay Tokyo Shinjuku. There was so much to like: - Location is stellar. One block from Okubo station, and 15 minute walk to Shinjuku. Right in the heart of Okubo and a 7 minute walk from Shin-Okubo, with tons of restaurants literally around the corner from the hotel. There's also a casual restaurant, a pizza place, and a supermarket downstairs. Super convenient. - Great rooms. My room was HUGE by not just Tokyo standards, but by western standards. It had a large bed, desk, giant TV with DVD player and easy HDMI connection for my Amazon Fire Stick, seating area (with a sofa that also turned into a bed), big closet, fast wifi, and great bathroom. There was also a kitchenette with stove, microwave, and fridge, complete with pots, pans, etc. - Convenient amenities. Onsite gym, laundry, and a toiletries bar made it easy for me to live like a local, but with hotel-like service. I felt right at home. - Friendly staff. Everyone at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Anytime I needed anything, they were happy to help. NOTE: You may get some quizzical looks when you tell locals you are staying in Okubo. Don't let that stop you - not only is the area super convenient and safe, this hotel makes staying there a delight. I highly recommend Hundred Stay Tokyo Shinjuku, and it's now my new home away from home in Tokyo.
