Wonderful Hotel

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. My room was spacious, very well appointed, clean, and extremely quiet. The staff is absolutely wonderful, they truly make the place special. The restaurant has really good food and a great happy hour.

Even the view from a room on a higher floor is full of buildings, but you don't have to rely on the view because you're comfortable in your room. There are bathrobes and pajamas in different sizes that are comfortable to wear. There are power outlets and USB ports throughout the room for your convenience. Then, The food at the hotel's restaurant is artfully presented. They are good taste !

Very attentive staff and management. Genuinely care about the customer. Highly recommended. The location is top help being right in the centre of Ginza. A short walk to just about everything you would ever want to see in Tokyo.

I got very clean room stay and excellent services such as providing beverages. Also for COVID19 the hotel provided a circumstance carefully least to contact a person. I would like to stay hear again storongly.

Great Hotel for a Tokyo visit.

Excellent hotel right in the shopping district of Ginza. 25m taxi from HND. You walk out and it’s Rodeo Drive x100. Close to the metro, restaurants etc. Nice spacious rooms, great lobby sitting area with access to coffee & snacks and printing gear. Staff were all Spritely and on the ball in the casual attire of the Hyatt Centric brand. Price was also very reasonable. I can definitely recommend this hotel.
