Not bad, not great

I stayed here for a business trip since other hotels were booked. The room was small but it was just a place to sleep. The bathroom was clean and served it’s purpose. I know when I checked in that it was a pet friendly hotel. What I didn’t expect as a non pet owner was to be put on the first floor right near the door to go outside. The person next to me had a dog which barked every time someone walked by, every time I walked into my room and loved to get up at 5:30am and start barking. Also the room above me either had a dog or someone with long toenails that clicked on the floor then they walked. The continental breakfast consisted of cold cereal, bread or English muffins and the same cinnamon pinwheels and what looked like mini pecan pie bites. At least they had hot water and the tea I like but I wish there was a bit more. If I had to I’d stay there again, but I’d make sure I requested the second or third floor to try and be away from barking dogs. And I’d get up earlier and try and find some breakfast.
Will pay more to stay elsewhere next time

The front desk staff was extremely friendly, but other aspects of our stay left much to be desired. Our room was very dank and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. We woke up in the morning with headaches as a result. While free breakfast was advertised, we were told at check in that they were only giving to-go breakfast bags. After seeing the contents, we opted to go to Dunkin Donuts.
Would stop there again!

I was greeted by the GM and right away you could tell that this was a family run business with a desire to make you feel at home. We were traveling with five dogs and needed two rooms. He gave us rooms located close to the back door for easy in and out. Our rooms were clean and honestly, on this trip we stayed at many hotels but this ones bathroom was by far the cleanest. The room was very clean and tidy. He was available to answer any questions or concerns. They were not doing a continental breakfast but they did have brown bag breakfasts if you wanted. There was plenty in the bags, more than expected. Staff, though limited was courteous. How normal is it for the cleaning staff to come in early to sit together and have coffee and chat before their shift?? Overall very pleased and would stay there again!!

Hotel could use some updates, but was a very nice stay and the staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. The bag breakfast was better than most, places we have stayed in. They have regular housekeeping and the room was very clean and comfortable.Would definitely stay again.
Very nice stay!

We were very pleased with this hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean. The bagged to-go breakfast was generous. The only thing lacking was something with a USB port to charge our phones. (We were traveling light, so left our wall cubes at home.)
