We stayed for our anniversary and the hotel went out of their way to recognize us during our stay. We enjoyed our room, the spa and dinner on site. Thank you Four Seasons and all the staff at the Toronto hotel.

We travel home every year to Toronto to visit family and the city we love. Staying at the Four Seasons has been part of that tradition. As new hotels spring up we keep returning here because of the service and attention to detail, especially through COVID. We always get a spacious corner room that has ample space for an extra bed for our daughter. The food and drinks at both Cafe Boulud and D|Bar are great and we always end up hosting family and friends throughout our stay. The spa services are top notch, definitely worth a visit. During our visit, we always celebrate our daughter's birthday early and the hotel team always remembers and makes her feel special. It is this attention to detail that keeps us coming back.

We have spent a great deal of time traveling this fall and service everywhere is generally way down due to shortages of staff after covid, but this is not the case with the 4 Seaons Toronto, possibly one of the most well run hotels I've ever come across. Their health and cleanliness protocols are evident and they always do their very best to accomodate your needs. A well earned 10/10

We stayed in a one bedroom corner suite. The room was very quiet and the floor plan was really good. There’s a second bathroom in the main area with a shower, so you have two showers to use in the suite, making this a good choice if you’re sharing a room with your kids. The location is excellent with world class shopping and restaurants within minutes, you can walk to them. The streets are beautiful and safe. We took the yellow line 1 subway from Yonge/Bloor (a 4 minute walk) to Union Station. Then you’re right at Scotiabank Arena and Rogers Centre. So if you’re going there, it’s really easy to get to your concert or game. And I did not see a taxi stand after the concert, so unless you booked a ride, the subway is the way to go. The staff were great at the hotel. My only complaint is that the repair to the carpet in our room looked exactly like that, a repair, and isn’t good enough for an elite hotel. Also, our room was very clean but not perfect, but the staff were quick to solve it.

Our stay at the four seasons was incredible! We were welcomed by valet staff who were so eager to help us get in and settled. They offered to retrieve any items from our car that we may have forgotten once we got upstairs. The concierge took time to get to know us and the purpose of our stay to help accommodate us better. He offered to help us get our luggage up to our floor and when we got to our room we were pleasantly surprised to see cake with a personalization on the plate (it was delicious too)! The room was so neat and spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean! The beds were very comfortable. We also used the pool services, lounge, and the chat on the tablet in the room to schedule pool time and order breakfast. The breakfast was brought to us and set up so beautifully and was delicious. The attention to detail was something I loved about my stay here. Thank you, we will be back in the future!
