The staff are really nice... Super sympathetic and willing to help. The bathrooms are really small, water comes out from the shower to the room. We had 2 rooms, one smelled cigarettes. Breakfast is ok, but the croissant and breads are cold and seems not fresh. Room was facing the street and you can hear everything outside.
Excellent Location; Friendly Staff

A new great spot to stay in Toulouse. Rooms are modern and clean (maybe avoid if you have a strong aversion to the colour purple...), and well-appointed with bar fridge. (Okay, a few more channels on the telly would be nice.) Location could not be better: just steps from the metro (exchange for both lines) and key bus lines, and across the street from the airport navette stop. And, just 5 min walk to the Capitole. Staff speak many languages, and are all friendly. It can be a tad noisy on boisterous weekend or holiday evenings - but that’s fair game given the location in the heart of the action. The breakfast looked good - but if not included in room price is a hefty EUR18 so we avoided. Recommended.

Right in town, walking distance to restaurants, shops and attractions. Can be noisy but once you close the window its ok. Air conditioner is cool and refreshing. The room is not large as usual in France but enough space to be comfortable. There is an underground private parking behind the building which as a hotel guest you can pay 22 euro for 24 hrs. Staff are very nice and friendly and they all speak English.
Avoid if you expect to sleep at night!

Hotel rooms very very noisy. One side faces noisy street with bars and discos that have noisy groups until 04.30 a.m. Other side has noisy Metro station where gangs congregate until 4a.m. Commuters start at 5 a.m so there is no break from the noise!. Had two different rooms during my stay (311 and 414) both on the middle floors. Whilst both were noisy the side facing bars (311) was the worst. No sound proofing at all at the windows so all street noises audible even above the noisy air conditioning. Also corridors to rooms had strange smell plus poorly lit. Maintenance in first room was poor too with loose tiles in toilet and grout missing. Bed OK to rest on but as could not sleep I tried to watch TV. International channels very limited to just news programmes but only American ones not BBC. Plus even most of the listed French TV channels had their signals blocked too Breakfast was OK but website offers room service but that was not available throughout my stay. Hotel was suggested to me. For your benefit I suggest that you stay elsewhere

1 Week at citiz for business. Location very good but also very noisy!!! Worker are very friendly, also English speakers Breakfast is really good with much options. At afternoon the breakfast area is for what called "salon de thé". So it is good. Room is also quite nice. Not old stile BUT they did a very bad service on water tubes. It stinks. The shower water stays there somehow that it stinks a bit. (Not from toilet). It is okay still. But you feel a strange "smelling". Other negative point. I didn't like the bed. It is extremely soft. Took me 2 days to adapt. So I didn't had a very pleasurable sleeping ( not nice). Bed is also noisy when you move. In general it is okay.
