Solar Sampaio e Melo

The Solar Sampaio and Melo, the mid-seventeenth century building is located in the historic center of the city of Trancoso. The building began to belong to the family "Sá Meneses", who, by marriage, linked to the Sampaio Melo family, from the Big Rabaçal House, in Municipality of Mêda. For years, this home passed several owners and, in 2011, a direct descendant of the family returns to acquire it for purchase.
