Me he hospedado en este hotel varias ocasiones y siempre he tenido buenas experiencias. Habitaciones amplias, limpias y excelentes condiciones. El hotel esta cerca de algunos restaurantes y centros comerciales.

Homewood Suites es un excelente opción para el viajero de negocios que busca un hotel practico y comodo. Muy limpio, con habitaciones amplias y todo las instalciones para una estancia placentera. No tiene restaurant o bar, pero hay muchos cerca del hotel si acaso los requieren.

Whenever I come back to visit my friends and family in Michigan, we stay here and have been quite happy. But after our most recent stay in August, I will never come back - unless they completely renovate the hotel rooms.
My sister also stayed at the same property, and was able to check us in early as we would be arriving late with a toddler and infant. It took her SIX hours after checking in (and following up with the staff) to get the pack and play into the hotel room. Thank goodness she checked in for us, otherwise we would not have had a safe place for the baby to sleep that night.
Upon arriving into the hotel room, I was immediately disgusted. The couch/chairs had multiple stains on them. The fridge/microwave had food fingerprints on them as if they had not been wiped down. SO many stains on the carpet, so much so that my shoes stuck to the carpet. Crumbs in the bathroom. Mildew in the tile grout. I wiped everything down with antibacterial wipes and my wipes came up brown/black.
I would have left if it wasn't already 11pm. And I would've left the following day except that all the surrounding hotels didn't have availability until Friday (and we left Saturday).
I called Hilton direct to let them know about the status of their property. I was contacted by the hotel manager, Tiffany, who was really great to work with. I don't place the blame on her, as she was trying to do everything to accommodate us and was very understanding. The problem lies with Hilton itself, and they need to update these rooms immediately. Tiffany offered to do a "deep clean" of the room, which I took her up on the offer. We went to the pool for an hour - which, mind you, my husband couldn't see his feet in the pool - that's how cloudy it was. When I went back to check on the room, the cleaning lady had only made the beds - in an HOUR. It took her another hour to "clean" before I finally said enough was enough because the baby needed to nap. As expected, the crumbs were still in the bathroom and the floor was still disgusting.
If you have kids, don't stay here. It needs a complete overhaul. I feel terrible writing such a scathing review, but Hilton needs to know this property needs a renovation. And families deserve to know that this property is not clean enough for their kids.

The room was very clean and the staff very helpful. When the air conditioning went out in the middle of the night, they found a new room for us and gave us a refund for the night. Since they aren’t cleaning rooms during your stay, they should give out more towels.

I like this place thanks everyone for making it good, I reserved another stay and will plan to get my family here to visit the city
I will recommend this place to all my friends every where I go .. thanks guys 😉
