Good visit

Reviewed 17 june, 2021

We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, they staff was very nice. The pool and hot tub area was clean and neat. I really liked the work out room. They had quite a bit of equipment and free weights. We enjoyed our time at this hotel.

Nice hotel in convenient location

I stayed here for two nights while visiting the Tucson area. It was a great hotel; at arrival the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They always said hello too as I walked through the lobby. The room was very comfortable and clean and everything seemed well-maintained. It was also in a quiet area so I got a great night's sleep. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the area, including a couple of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

Good stay

I’m a Bonvoy member so stay at Marriott brand hotels all the time. This was your typical Courtyard hotel but with Covid precautions in place, no housekeeping unless requested but enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Staff is friendly, rooms clean and semi-comfy beds with a refrigerator, large desk/table. Had a balcony view of the pool. Pool was nothing fancy but did the job to cool us down with Arizona heat. Nice garden with seating areas. There are few restaurants and stores that are within walking distance of the hotel.

What You Would Expect of a Courtyard

An older Courtyard facility with a pleasant central courtyard. Hotel was inside of a quiet industrial park. A predictable yet satisfactory experience. Clean room. Carpeting in public area could use a refreshing.

Bad Service!

Reviewed 15 november, 2020

I called down to the front desk because the refrigerator was not working. The clerk told me that my only option was to change rooms because there was nobody to swap it out or even look at it. We did not care to take 20 plus minutes out of our evening to pack up our belongings and get a cart in order to change rooms. This was a little after 5pm on Friday evening. She acted as though she was the only employee on the entire property. No engineer or housekeeping employees on what I was told was a busy Friday night for the hotel. Because of this, we had food that we had to throw out. On Saturday morning I spoke to the Manager on Duty. She told me that the employee was correct in telling me that the only option was to change rooms. She looked on the computer and told me that she could not adjust the room rate because we went through a third party. I had never even asked for the rate to be adjusted in the first place! However, it is ridiculous that you get treated differently depending on how you booked your room. We paid for our room with credit card points. On Sunday morning I spoke to the GM Carlos. His only answer was to apologize and tell me that they are running lean and just trying to keep the lights on. This is a terrible thing to say to a paying guest! If you can't provide decent service, why are you even open? When we left on Sunday, I attempted to get some hand sanitizer. Of course they were empty. I pointed it out to the Carlos as I left. This is how serious that the hotel takes the pandemic. We also had the feather pillows swapped out. the attendant handed me the pillows without the pillow cases on them. We will not be going back.
