Estuvimos en este hotel una noche, camino al Sequoia National Park. Cama muy cómoda, AC funcionando; NO hay wifi, por qué dicen que hay wifi gratis? No es cierto. Desayuno muy básico, habían huevos duros fuera del refrigerador. Después de refrigerarse es un peligro poner huevos así. Me enfermé terriblemente del estómago, la cadena de frio es vital para que no se reproduzcan las bacterias. Tomen nota, no pueden tener huevos duros fuera de refrigeración si estaban refrigerados. Y el wifi háganlo real.

Estuvimos una noche en nuestra ruta por la costa oeste. Hotel ubicado al lado de la autopista y rodeado de varios restaurantes (al otro lado de la autopista hay un outlet de ropa con buenos precios). Hotel muy limpio y bien cuidado (de los mejores de la cadena), personal muy amable y resolutivo (uno de los chicos hablaba español). Desayuno gratuito con lo básico para empezar el día. Aparcamiento para dejar el coche. Wifi bastante decente. Muy recomendable en tu ruta por la zona.

Viejo por todo USA pero en este hotel en Tulare recivi el mejor servicio al cliente y la mejor estancia muy limpio y bonito agradable y su recepcionista un sr. Muy cordial y atento y exelente servicio

I am staying at LA quinta for 6 days. Paying very well to stay here with my animals. The staff has been far from helpful from double charging my card to accidentally refunding me with Cruz. To Corina being extremely rude when my key stopped working which is not my fault, the key cards need to be better opportated and I shouldn't have to continually remind you I don't need service for the room when I've warned you my dog will bark if you knock. This has been a terrible stay so far and they have not offered anything extra for the problems they have caused. Absolutely horrible service I will not be coming back and I advice you to stay somewhere else. They don't take their jobs seriously. Condescending tones should NEVER be in customer service positions and this inn is full of people like that. I even was gonna apply as I need a job, but I refuse to work at a company that doesn't even take their paying customers seriously.

Beyond all my expectations

I am not one to write a review. However, I can't even express how well I have been assisted, accommodate, treated, and heard! My previous stay at Vagabond (East and Jensen) was a nightmare! Dirty, no housekeeping, bad area! Coming here is a very very huge difference! Something I would have imagined! Clean, comfortable and a safe feeling environment! I would like to acknowledge Rena (front desk) for her kind ans compassionate service! Brianna for going above and beyond to make my stay easy and comfortable! As well as Sam (front desk) for not only assisting me with my pet deposit but engaging in a great conversation and great customer service!
