Excellent hotel, stunning view friendly, helpful and attentive staff, special thanks to Ms. Hazan Duman from the front desk, who always has a smile, and ready to help, an asset to the hotel. Our room had a magnificent view, very clean and equipped with the pandemic amenities (musks, and wipes) Breakfast at the pool was according to the great Turkish tradition, with variety of options. We used the service of a golf cart to reach the beach restaurant where we had our dinner. restaurant had a romantic atmosphere, food was tasty and dessert was excellent. Next visit we will stay longer then 1 night.

After a long stay at home carona 2020, it’s only fair that you treat yourself to one of the best resorts around bodrum, with great staff and front desk help, you would feel like you own the place. Third visit to Swissotel Bodrum!
This was my third visit - if you are looking for a hotel that has a stunning beach, excellent facilities, great rooms and views for days then Swissotel Bodrum is your place. The beach area of the resort is perfect for chilling with the bar and restaurant close by will keep you content. The staff are all friendly, in particular Sahan who remembered us from our previous visits is a great asset to the team. During Covid some things have changed - such as no mini bar and having to book the gym. But you can order food / drinks to the room. The gym is very well equipped and most days we were the only people in there. It was also my birthday whilst staying and the hotel left a birthday cake in my room which was a lovely touch. The sunset is magical at Swissotel and I highly recommend this destination if you are looking to escape. A big thank you to all the staff.
Expensive Hotel with a very Bad Services
This hotel looks just amazing in the Internet on the pictures. And yes these pictures are real, that’s why we booked this hotel for six nights. Because in this Bodrum area this hotel is one out of two 5 star hotels. Indeed real estate of the hotel is not bad: the rooms very well equipped; nice architectural solution, location is good - it is located in front of the sea first line, they also have good beach. But big problem of this place is very bad service. Everything start from check in, - nobody helped us with our luggage, nobody escorted us to our room. In the room it was not cleaned our bathroom was full of hair which was left by previous inhabitants, also windows were extremely dirty. Through this windows the sea looked like we’re staying at construction spot not on the Seaview room. We left the room for the whole day and put on the indicator “please clean our room” but the cleaning lady came only at six in the evening when we already back to the room so nobody was taking care of all the cleanest in this hotel and it was very unpleasant. Air-conditioning in the rooms is very noisy as well as extremely noisy music in the beach, so if you think you can relax on the beach it is not possible because you will be beaten by very loud music. For those who like very calm relaxing rest it is not the place additionally to the loud music there were a lot of young children (crying, screaming playing around). We love children, but not everywhere. And the cherry on the pie was very noisy equipment which located right next to the main building for air-conditioning. it has size like two-level building and have more than five big motors, which operates 24/7 and produce a lot of noise so you can hear this in almost all rooms and it is very uncomfortable. Special attention I want to pay to the a restaurants. Services in the restaurants (they have only two restaurants one is on the beach for lunch and another one for the dinner on the rooftop) are very poor. They brought us almost row (sodden) meat and even didn’t say sorry for that and just didn’t pay attention to this fail at all. Breakfast was very poor. The selection of food was limited. And of course service was very bad. English language is very difficult for them. To describe this service in one sentence: “stuff doesn’t care at all! They live their life, and guests helps themselves” As a result we cancelled our stay till 3 nights only, and left to Istanbul
I rarely write these comments, but I would like to note that this is a hotel worth mentioning. On the first day, there was a problem with the room, but they quickly changed the room despite it being crowded, so we were able to stay comfortably until check out. I was particularly impressed with the hospitality of the staff. I would like to add here that Mr.Sen at the front desk was one of the best in dealing with guests. Excellent hotel.
