Noisy, full of builders and staff don’t care
Decided to stay here after reading the positive reviews on booking.com. Arrived to find the hotel on the edge of an industrial estate. The pet area is a small garden just in front of the car park which is full of builders vans and lorries parked outside. The reception area is nice and promising though there were a group of people drinking outside the entrance with no social distancing or masks. Checked in and put on the second floor with two dogs. Hardly practical but got up the stairs. All was well - rooms are actually nice - until all the gang of contractors/builders returned and decided to have a party in the corridor shouting and drinking and walking around half naked. All with no masks and no distancing. We waited long enough to try and leave to walk the dogs but they wouldn’t move so had to walk out and have the dogs bark at strangers in the corridor. If it woke people up then not really our fault. Walked around outside for half an hour hoping they would have gone to their rooms but no, the party in the corridor was still going on. Went to reception to complain and asked to be moved twice but all the receptionist did was look at the camera and said it was ok. Complained again and she finally went up but the noise still went on. Wouldn’t stay here again as it promises so much but didn’t deliver. It is a hotel in an industrial estate full of contractors/builders etc staying here whilst on a job. Totally not as described and not suitable for people who want a decent nights sleep. STILL WIDE AWAKE WHILST THE IDIOTS PARTY OUTSIDE! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HELL HOLE!
Disappointing
Whilst on a road trip we booked this, as it was off the motorway and offered parking. Overall it had clean rooms. Was dog friendly and had a Cosy restaurant with great reception staff. But we thought it was very noisy hotel due to other guests noise and was way too expensive for what it offered. Our cost was 150 euros for a very average room.
Road trip
We was looking for a hotel that had private parking... Which it did and shaded covers which was ideal... Yes its on a industrial site but was near to motor way... Also if you have a car you can drive into town which is a short drive.. We were driving back to UK... The rooms were adequate. We ate in the restaurant food was lovely. All in all a good little find. Thank you
Tired hotel but food decent and reception good
If you are looking for a hotel just to sleep in and grab something to eat on route down Spain then this hotel is probably ok. It seems to attract families with kids and dogs. I travel with my dog so am grateful when hotels allow them but we had a barkIng dog in the next room left on its own howling away which we did not appreciate and our room had an overwhelming smell of air freshener to mask the smell of urine in the room. (105). The rooms are dated and tired and the area around the hotel is industrial and unattractive. However the food in the restaurant was good and breakfast was ok. Probably would not stay again.
Budget hotel. Clean and comfortable
Clean comfortable but small room. Good heating and TV in the room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast continental style with various offerings. Coffee was good. We arrived xmas eve so the restaurant was closed. Located on an industrial estate. Friendly check in staff who spoke good English Dogs accommodated for a supplement.
