No Comfort Here

This hotel is a dump! Avoid it at all costs. The price might be right, but it's not worth it! We booked through Priceline (which I will never do again) and could not get my money back so we HAD to stay here for 5 l-o-n-g nights. It's dirty, there is no lighting in the room and most definitely none in the bathroom, the a/c unit was stuck at 75, the refrigerator was stuck at freezing and a can of pop blew up in the fridge, the coffee pot and iron were missing from the room, housekeeping "forgot" to clean our room one day, housekeeping never cleaned the toilet and there was a big ring around it, the outside of the hotel had cigarette butts all over the front entrance, shall I go on???? The whole place should be totally renovated! I hated it and will NEVER stay in this dump again!!!
Good place to get away

Quiet place and friendly staff. There were a couple things that were closed off due to COVID, the gym and the breakfast that was usually put out. The room had a nice big jacuzzi tub. The key cards were hard to use most times as was the tv changer and the fridge and freezer part needed to be colder.
Very friendly staff

Rooms were a bit dated, yet comfy, clean & did not hear any neighbors. Asked for a roll-a-way bed at check in, it was in the room when we got there. Breakfast was a bit meek, but it was fresh & warm. Will stay again.
Spotless, quiet, and great staff.

This hotel was great. Its an older buildng, but maintained very well. Being an older bulding means it is MUCH quieter than neer ones. We had previously stayed in a newer suite-style hotel in the area, and it was incredibly noisy. You could hear people walking in the room above, you could hear people talking in the halls THROUGH the walls, and you could hear people talking in the bathrooms in the room next to yours. Not at this hotel. It was very quiet. Even the AC units, which normally can be very loud, were quiet. The rooms were very clean. Even with the dark carpets, you could not find any lint. Sheets and towels were spotless, as were the bathrooms. The staff here were also extremetly friendly, accomodating, and helpful. The breakfast items changed every morning we were there, and were very good. Overall, this a great place to stay, and when we return to visit family in the area, we will be booking rooms here again.
Worst bathrooms ever!!!

We stay in a lot of hotels, but this was the worst bathroom we have ever had. They use masking tape to cover holes in the counter, the bathtub had a hole they patched with some kind of goop, and the tub was stained black, even though it was a gold colored tub. When we complained to the front desk, she offered to move us to another room. That room was just as bad, if not worse. The only excuse we got, was "we are going to rennovate in the future". She kept saying it over and over again. We told them, that does not help us tonight, does it. Their only solution was to give us our money back and we can just find another hotel. Really great customer service. Since I was running a race he the next morning, at it was getting late, It wasn't an option to move.
