Food was great, as we very much needed breakfast before driving back to Chicago. Judy, Gina, and Cedrich was very helpful, kind, and welcoming during our stay. ten out of ten would definitely visit again.

when I arrived at the hotel, the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and even waived my early check-in request because we arrived later than expected. When I arrived at my room, we immediately noticed that there were only 3 pillows and no pillows on the second bed. I also used the restroom and was greeted by the smell of weed smoke, it took until the next morning to get the smell out of the room. Later that evening, I called to request additional pillows since the reservation was for 5 people. I never received pillows nor a call back that they may be short. When I tried to sleep, the bed was terribly uncomfortable. Neither my wife nor I were able to get a restful night of sleep through our stay.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and will choose to stay here again in the future. The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large enough for our needs. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was that the TV didn’t have HGTV or Food Network which is really a minor thing.

Very clean hotel with such friendly staff. Room was excellent and best breakfast I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Our bathroom sink was clogged but everything else was so nice and the staff so friendly we didn’t care. I’m sure it will be fixed promptly. Great to have a nice hotel to stay in while traveling.
