Extended Stay Customer
Reviewed 26 january, 2023
I was an extended-stay customer. I had some mix-ups with getting my cleaning services performed, but other than that, nearly all (95%) of the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. My dogs were treated well and there were a lot of other dogs at the hotel. The laundry facilities were clean and reasonably priced at $5 for a wash & dry and the location was great, close to food, shopping, restaurants, etc. Any negative issues were generally due to the clientele, the grounds weren't the best kept with garbage, fast food wrappers and foodstuff on the ground, banging and loud noises from other rooms, aggressive dogs, aggressive people, and the sometimes presence of the police. However, after staying 1mo, I extended my stay.

My insurance company made a reservation for 3 rooms for my family and our dogs due to our home being flooded when we arrived home from working out of town this week. Upon arrival the lady at the desk said it was first come first serve and she had no rooms. It is 12:30 at night, and I am driving my 5 year old and our dogs back to the flooded house with no running water because we have no where else…I am so blown away…

What a joke… easily a drug rehab or homeless shelter

I’m not one to really bad mouth a hotel.. but this might as well be a motel. The place is old and run down.. I had cigarette burns in my bathroom counter. The laundry room smells like mold and wet dog.. literally there are drug addicts and homeless people living in the hotel who harass other guests as well. It is surrounded by homeless camps and to top it off my car was broken into and the hotel could not offer any help. I think the worst part for me was finding used needles underneath my pillows and bed when I traveled with children… So clearly the room was barely cleaned.. the only breathe of fresh air for me was Tyler at the front desk and the Russian housekeeper (can’t remember her name). Tyler was a phenomenal customer service agent who I am surprised honestly works at such a dump, was very friendly and accommodating and even gave suggestions on good places to eat and visit. The housekeeper handled all my toiletrie needs and was great. The night staff should probably be replaced however because they didn’t know their way out of a wet paper bag sadly.. so overall my stay was horrible. The higher ups need to definitely look into some MUCH MUCH MUCH needed upgrades before charging people $100 a night to stay in a Drug Addicts paradise. The staff was great but the hotel is a joke.. I will never be returning…

Yikes - don't do it

Friendly people but the hotel is terrible, inside and out. Musty smell, dingy bathtub...I could go on but will spare you. Best thing was the granola bar for breakfast and scalding hot water when turned on cold.

This place is in bad shape. It is an extended stay, with a kitchen area. Among the problems -One electrical outlet had no cover, another pulls out of the wall -Two ancient burners on the stove, one doesn't work, the light indicating burner is on doesn't work. -Furniture chipped and dinged. -Dresser drawer fell apart when I pulled it out - Dresser drawers stained and dirty -Dining Table has one leg that is not firmly attached Then there's the functional issues: No hangers, only one chair to sit at table (and yet we're in a room with two beds). Because of covid, you have to request plates and utensils, and other kitchenware. I asked for everything offered. Coffeemaker didn't work, didn't get the dish rack or toaster. No towels to dry with. 2 each of knife, fork, spoon, plate bowl. Too bad if you want a spoon to get something out of a jar, you'll have to wash it if you want to use it with your meal. Very very bad. Also somewhat rough feeling clients. Had a family screaming and shouting the first night.
