We have been here before, and we know the place, and still we had an even better experience than last time. This is not a traditional hotel, and you get a link to an online application, which will let you in, but as a transit hotel this is good, and the room we had this time was immense, and with big windows. Only downside was that there is no AC, and this summer it got quite warm. Luckily, though, we were able to sleep with the windows open.

Good nights sleep in transit

Reviewed 14 august, 2021

We were in transit on the way home and just needed a place for a good nights sleep, which was close to the Autobahn. This place fit the bill and it was really clean. Also the size of the room(s) was impressive. Additionally, the area is really quiet, so we had a good nights sleep.

Worst hotel ever!

It was nothing like the pictures. Checkin was until 20:00 according to Booking.com -, but when we arrived we had to Call a german number, who told us what rooms we could use. How wierd is that! We had to ask some people snooping around the hotel, to get This info. Everywhere was young, “scary” men lurking around, smoking, sitting it their cars. Not very comforting. They were not german speaking! Elevator was out of order. Windows could not be closed due to missing handles. No info about parking, even though we requested a parking spot - I did not sleep all night, due to these lurking people around my car when I parked it almost on the grass. Breakfast was “okay”, but not really worth the value. All in all a very bad hotel experience, especially when travelling with kids. I would NEVER recommend This hotel to others!! NEVER!!!!!

Terrible. I doubt this is a legal business. Worst hotel in germany

What a nightmare!!!!!! I reserved through booking.com. In my email it stated that check in time was from 15 to 20. I arrived at 19, and found the "hotel" in miserable conditions (no reception, main hall locked, under construction, no hotel sign, old building, unfriendly neighborhood). I made my way through the staircase entrance, guided by mediocre posters. The hotel was on the 1st floor (it is the first shattered glass door to the right, please!). I found another poster indicating that the reception was in room(Zimmer) 106. I went to that room, rang the bell, and nobody answered. I tried calling, but it was the same. I would not have put so much effort to stay if I had not paid in full through booking dot com, because, the place is really, reeaaally poor. I ended up driving 2 hours to Leipzig, where I found the only Ibis budget hotel with rooms that night. Booking dot com refused to refund, stating that I missed my checkin time, even though I proved them wrong. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
