Residence Venice

We have stayed in a number of different holiday properties over the last year and this by far the best for a long stay with self catering. The staff are welcoming and friendly. There is ample free parking and the tranquil location is close to Venice airport and the train stations. It's very comfortable with aircon, a good quality bed and a lovely hot shower. Best of all we have our own private garden where we are able to barbeque. We will be back and highly recommend it to business and leisure travellers.

We stayed here for a period of 4 weeks in order to trace distant relatives and to enjoy an extended holiday. We loved our clean and quiet accommodation with a private outside garden area. The apartment felt like a home away from home, with a supermarket 2min away. We only had a 15min walk to the nearest railway station with trains departing every 30min to Venezia via Mestre. We visited Venezia several times in addition to 5 cities outside of Venezia- up to 1hr 15min radius by train with connections at Mestre. Venezia Residence management were very generous with their time in recommending places to visit and things to do- also their help in suggesting ways of trying to trace relatives was most appreciated.

We stayed here for 3 nights. All was OK. Nice place. Quiet cozy town. Near supermarket. Train station to Venice (about 25 minutes). Was with car - free parking near the place. I would surely recommend this place for family up to 4 people with or without car.

We stayed for 2 nights here and we really enjoyed or time here. Nice place ,very warm people on walking distance from restaurants. Apartment is very clean and quite big. Only one bed thing happen during our stay here and that was weather 😁

We stayed here for 4 nights at this place and we just loved the service and amenities provided by this place. It was 1 BHK type room where we had fully functional kitchen with all necessary utensils, oil, salt, sugar, coffee, tea bags, washing machine, stand for soaking clothes, 1 single bed, 1 double bed, 1 sofa, 5 chair dining table, balcony with 2 chair and table. It is located on the landside of Venice and it takes 25 minutes to reach this place from Venezia Santa Lucia. It is quite affordable as compared to other hotels in Venice as they do not provide such facilities even after charging hefty amount. I would surely recommend this place for family and group of 4 or more people. The staff here is of 2 people who are very very helpful and available on whatsapp whenever you need their assistance. They also guided us about how to visit the city and what all places are major tourist spot.
