Clean room, helpful staff

Reviewed 14 september, 2022

After booking 2 rooms for me and my family, I needed assistance with making arrangements for transportation to Ravenna. I emailed the hotel and immediately received a reply and a link to the train schedule. I emailed 2 more times to get different options for transportation, and both times received a quick answer and links to car rental agencies and car services. They were immensely helpful. The room was clean and quiet. You do need to be aware that there is no elevator and you may have to climb 2 or 3 flights of stairs to your room. The hotel is well located near St. Marks Square and near to a water taxi. I would highly recommend it.

Great hotel highly recommend

Excellent hotel very well sanitized and clean. The a/c made the room very cool I’m extremely hot temperatures. Centrally located close to all sights. The room was ready when we arrived and check in was fast and kind. Front desk staff was super friendly and resourceful when asking from recommendations. The only thing I would add is that there were no elevators and we had to walk up many stairs with five bags and no bellboy help. They did offer to store our bags from night before which was helpful so we didn’t have to rush out early morning on day or checkout. Breakfast was great too.

Perfect location, impeccably clean

Reviewed 5 october, 2021

Stayed there for a few nights with family. The hotel is easy to find and staff is wonderful. Incredibly clean! And the location was perfect, minutes away from Piazza San Marco. The only downside is there is no lift, but all the rest more than made up for that.

Birthday Getaway

Reviewed 6 december, 2019

Beautiful little Hotel, which is centrally located in Venice. Few minutes from Piazza San Marco and within many restaurants. It was my birthday and we had requested a nice room. We got corner room just above the canal- nicely decorated, clean and friendly staff. We requested early check in and the room was ready when we arrived. My parents have organised flowers and champagne, which was nicly decorated from hotels side in the room. Breakfast was included and was sufficient with bread, cereals, eggs and croissant. Delicious coffee and most of all friendly staff. Worth a visit.

Biennale Weekend

Reviewed 12 november, 2019

Went to Venezia for the Art Biennale with the family. Second stay in this hotel. Super centric, 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco. The staff is very friendly, speaks English, and very helpful. Even though the hotel doesn't have an elevator theres someone who helps you with your luggage all the way to your room. The rooms are spacious, we booked a triple and where comfortable and enough to hazzle even with luggage. The breakfast that was included in my reservation was delicious and well balanced. Although this weekend Venezia was flooded all the way to the entrance to the hotel, the staff was friendly, guided and super responsive in this cases.
