I could not complain about anything at this hotel. we arrived late to the other hotel we had reserved to find out they had given our room away and had nothing left. It seems if you use Booking.com you better leave a deposit. Happy that City Express had a room and it was nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ok for one night

Hotel was clean and room was clean. The phone in my room #123 was not working, sonó had to go to the reception to place a room service order. Food was good. Shower head in room needs to be replaced, the water is so hard it looked like it was acid coming out of it. Towels are very cheap they might as well be sand paper. Ok room for one night that's it.

bedbug infested; beware!!! look elsewhere!

At 1 am I saw bed bugs on my night stand. And I checked my suitcase and noticed an entirely different type of bug in my clothes. I was shown another room and saw a large dead bedbug on the floor. I was horrified because I was travelling alone and had to be awake in a few hours to catch my flight. Going out in the middle of the night to find another hotel was not an option. I was taken to a third room but on the same second floor and since I was disgusted the only thing that made sense was to sleep on a towel with the lights on in the bathroom. This was the worst hote experience of my life!! I stayed there due to the proximity of the airport and I completely regret it. Staff were little kids who had no idea what they were doing. Also there is a slum in the backyard and a loud train that pases through frequently. The rooms were disgusting. Please seek another option. I just hope that I am not taking more creatures in my suitcase--what a way to spend Christmas eve!

El personal es amable, el hotel está limpio, la jubilación del hotel no es la mejor, está un poco retirado del centro de la ciudad, está a un lado de las vías del tren por lo q en la madrugada te despierta, cuenta con desayuno gratis. Cumple para lo q es, no esperen comodidades.

sus instalaciones muy cómodas y agradables ademas buena atención por parte de los colaboradores. su internet muy rápido ademas es espacio esta un poco masa amplio que otros city junior de otras ciudades. en general recomiendo.
