The owner was friendly and helpful. The room was stocked with great facilities and a little mini-fridge. Shower pressure was great and proximity to the city was fantastic. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for two nights in early October. I has already tried to find the place on Google Earth before we stayed here and all I could find was a brown door in a wall - but don't let that put you off! The Apartment which we stayed in was on the second floor at the front of the building - the other Apartments bar two appear to be private. The Apartment was huge with a large Kitchen/Diner, Double Bedroom and Bathroom. Although both the Kitchen and Bedroom have opening doors onto balcony's that overlook the road outside the double glazing is excellent and noise won't disturb you. We gave Patrizio a ring when we arrived, his number is on the intercom outside and he came to meet us. He is a great character and gave us some great advice about getting around and where to eat. Although 'breakfast' isn't included as such, there are free snacks in the apartment, juice and water in the fridge, a kettle with tea's as well as a Coffee machine and Patrizio will leave fresh Pastries on the door for you in the morning. We got a Taxi directly from the Airport (about 35 Euro) which took 20 minutes. The walk into the main square in the town takes no more than 5 minutes and its only 15 minutes to walk to the Roman Arena. Lunch and an Evening meal out for two of us with two courses and drinks was around 50 Euro. We went to the Arena (15 Euro) and visited a couple of beautiful Churches (entry 6 Euro). All in all Verona is a fantastic medieval Town, easily walkable as its flat with little traffic in the old town. The day that we left, we weren't due to get our flight until later in the day, so Patrizio took us to the Cafe downstairs where we were able to leave our cases and even bought us a Coffee - what a great Guy!

This is a superb bnb only 10 mins walk from verona historic centre. Patrizio is a wonderful host and nothing is too much trouble. Each morning he brought us fresh croissants, which was a lovely touch. The apartment was spacious, clean and easy to find. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful quaintly decorated, comfortable, clean, spacious room.Very comfy bed, plenty hot water, complimentary tea ,coffee and water. In a terrific location,15 mins walk yo arena, main plaza, centre locations etc.Excellenr bars and restaurants nearby.A perfect location if you have children and don't want to be far from home after evening meal. Owner very helpful and charming.l will definitely return and can't recommend this enough. We Have been to Verona a number of times and the standard of mid price rooms is pretty low. This however is the exception.
Enjoyed our stay!

Me and my Mum stayed here for two nights whilst travelling Italy. Very clean, spacious, nicely decorated modern rooms. Own bathroom, separate, however can lock when not in use. The kitchen was stocked with snacks and hot/cold drinks which we could take as and when we wanted. There are several options in the morning for breakfast. The only downside (if you don't like stairs) there are three flights of stairs and no lift as this is an old building however the host helped us up and down with our luggage and we didn't find this an issue. The host is absolutely fantastic! He was so kind and welcoming, giving us a map of the area and highlighting a route to follow to see the best tourist hot spots. Nothing is too much trouble! He brought fresh croissants in the morning, taking orders the day before for which flavour you would like. After I booked the room, I realised that there was only a limited time to check in, however if you email the host he will meet you outside when you arrive, he gave me a call when I was on my way into Verona via train to arrange a time (I flew to Treviso airport). He lives in the apartment below. I have noticed the other reviews have mentioned about the noise, however I feel that this wasn't an issue, there are many churches in the area and you do hear the chimes each hour however it is inescapable when staying within the historic centre. The location is perfect to access the local tourist attractions, there is plenty to do and see in Verona and we found that the B&B was perfectly situated. Everything is within walking distance and easy to find with the map the host gave us. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! I am planning on returning with one of my friends and will book to stay here! The B&B is perfectly situated to access the historic centre g and always had a cheerful
