Sitting in a quiet central area just 200 metres from Piazza Brà and outside the limited traffic zone, this hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting Verona. The surroundings house many restaurants that can easily be reached on foot and which offer satisfying and enjoyable culinary experience in this wonderful city. For the most important meal of the day one shouldn't have to worry, since the abundant buffet breakfast is served daily and offers everything needed for the perfect start. With its warm and refined atmosphere, the city hotel is a synthesis of elegance and functionality, with a bus...More details

It is the second night that we are trying to sleep in this hotel. Situated in a narrow, bad lightened and dirty alley, although very near to the arena,we find ourselves trying to sleep when people are fighting or laughing and shouting outside th street. Of course there is no interference from the hotel quardian, so we have to shout back for silence. This happens for the second night in a row. As for the hotel. The rooms are ok. 3 stars and lower. But the rest of the hotel, much lower. Ugly lobby, ugly breakfast area. For 245euros a triple room in September... sorry, try elsewhere. (we are travelling all around the world very often, this was one of our worst experiences and we have stayed in many different kinds of hotels even in third world countries).
Great stay in very central location

Spent one night. Small but very pleasant hotel. The location is great, a stone's throw from the Arena, very convenient when returning after a concert. Very clean, comfortable room, bathroom, polite staff.
A hotel to be avoided

I had a booking for three nights in June 2020, moved to August 2020 as an attempt to be able to take this trip, since te hotel was closed in June due to the pandemic. The trip did not happen in August again, since the situation had not improved. I have exchanged several emails with the manager, Michela Giavarini, always asking for a refund, but she always said we should wait a little more, a little more. I realized that the trip will not be possible this year again, since borders remain closed, and asked one more time for a refund. She now refuses it saying I can only get a voucher, never issued by the way. It is ridiculous, after all this time, to get only a voucher, since prices increase every season, but my credit remains frozen, and I do not know when I will be able to take this trip again. Maybe, when I do, if ever, the three nights I have already paid for will be worth only one, if so. Besides, now she hardly answers my emails. Last time I sent six before finally getting this negative answer, with no clear explanation. My reservation was non-refundable in case I cancel it or move the dates. But it does not say anything about the hotel being closed at the time I have booked and not being able to provide the hired services. So, they should reimburse my reservation. It is the only hotel that has not reimbursed my reservation for this trip I had planned, after more than one year of the date of the reservation. I do not recommend this hotel with this kind of people working there. Please, avoid it.

I had a booking at the Hotel San Luca for 4 nights, non change and no cancellation possible. I made this booking 1 week before the expected trip to Verona. However, Switzerland changed the Corona rules on Friday before my stay - 10 days of quarantine for travellers to the Venetian region. Therefore, I had to change my plans and stayed only one night. At the reception I was told that there was no change possible, as per contract. When I asked for breakfast, this was denied, as I had a booking without breakfast. When I left, they even wanted to charge me the tourist tax of EUR 2.50 - amazing that they did not ask for EUR 10.00! Anyway, I did not pay!
