Decent for the money but wouldn’t return. The staff was very friendly and the location right off the freeway, which you can hear from the rooms. The bed was awful. The springs were very spongy and sagged into the middle. Also it felt more like a full sized rather than the advertised queen size bed. The TV was small and probably 10 years old. There was mold around the bathtub.

No elevator, no dressers and no one told us there’s no one coming to the room to change out towels or garbage, the electric went out no generator for the rooms my husband had to sleep without his sleep apnea machine . Room was small had to eat on the bed when we ordered out no microwave in the room no place to sit but on the bed and when you asked for clean towels it was like an inconvenience

We spent several days here while visiting family in the area. Nice clean room and housekeeping brought fresh towels upon request. Good little breakfast area that had someone stocking it through out the morning. Hot coffee and juice available 24/7. One night the room next door was arguing & fighting. Called the desk just after midnight and again at 3:30 in the morning. Desk handled the situation both times and was apologetic in the morning saying those people would not be back. Would stay here again!

I spent one night in this Microtel Inn & Suites in Rochester/Victor on a long road trip. I have not previously stayed in a Microtel Inn. Other people have mentioned that the rooms are small, and my room was small, but as a solo traveler staying for one night it was perfectly fine. Check-in was quick and easy, the woman on the front desk was very polite and friendly. My room was clean and neat. Bathroom was clean. The TV worked perfectly. The door locked securely. The bed was very comfy. My only complaint is that the pillows were rather flat and lumpy. Had there been more pillowy pillows I would've rated it five stars (excellent) instead of four (very good). There was a sufficient variety of items on the breakfast bar for me to put together a healthy and satisfying breakfast before heading back out on the road. Check-out was also handled smoothly and quickly. I would stay here again.

No housekeeping for 5 days! We were not told upon check in that cleaning service and fresh towels would only be every 3 days. We asked on day 3 for fresh towel and coffee for the room. At midnight we came back after a long day and there were no towels, bed sheets not changed, room not touched. My husband walked to the front desk and the poor girl profusely apologized but other than offer towels there was nothing more to be done. My husband and I are not high maintenance and up until now have had adequate accommodations with other Microtels but this unacceptable! We are checking out tomorrow but let me just say this was by far the worse experience. I understand Covid cutbacks in cleaning rooms but towels? Sheets? Garbage emptying? No Excuses! If you can't provide basic cleanliness, STOP taking peoples money and shut your rooms! The only reason I am giving this review a one is because the building didn't burn down!
